Hello po, I use this app last Aug 8, 2026 to check my contributions and it was successful naman, then tried to open it again but its says user invalid I didn’t remember changing my password how can you help me? Or the app in undergoing updates ba or having bugs in its system sana maayos po napakalayo pa naman ng SSS branch saamin

It’s convenient for me to pay my monthly voluntary contributions.
Unable to update app
Tried updating the app as prompted but once I click open on the app store it will go on the sss website and same prompt will happen again. App doesn’t update
Enable 2FA
It seems like anyone can just log in using your credentials without sending any OTP to your phone number or asks a unique code through authenticators. I suggest adding a two-factor authentication when logging in to improve security of our accounts.

Need more improvement for the app keeps lagging and doesnt response quickly to the action.

Waste of time
This app doesn’t work at all and with the option using OTP and authenticator app it always say”invalid” pin. I feel worse for our oldies or peeps who are not phone savvy! Why don’t you invest in a better solution or just send a one time code via email??
Slow App
I can’t create using the website, this app is useless. Error in browser. Soooo bad service!
Loans
It doesn’t show the breakdown of your loans. The system need to be developed to ensure the payment is made and that the loan has been paid.
Useless app
Useless app. Everytime I put my CRN to change my password it tells me to try again later. Really?? The government should allot more funds to develop these apps. We are soooo left behind.

Update horrible
Only the aesthetics of the app upgraded and added a pin security code but everything else is still the same. can’t see the loan history and payments. The access is still limited also the website is broken. It’s asking to download a file instead of directing me to the actual site. So it’s a thumbs down for me. What a letdown.
