Horrible experience!!!
Nirate ko siya ng 5 star para makita niyo agad. Sobrang lala po ng experience ko while trying to create an account with your app. Hanggang ngayon di pa din nagpupush through yung creation ng account. Na fill upan naman ng maayos yung nga details pero ang error message sa dulo palaging may problema about sa verification. Pano namin gagamitin yung app niyo kung sa mismong creation pa lang ng account mahihirapan ka na agad?
Bad service
CS takes a month to respond. Email only. I applied for a card, took them 5 months to text me itβs available and the branch I initially selected for pick up is not even processing cards anymore. Itβs not indicated in the app or text messages where the new pick up is. Really frustrating.
Additional language default
I speak native Cebuano, but I prefer to use English command. I know this is a Filipino app I find English easier to understand. I hope there can be an English option in the language selection, since the current choices are only Taglish and Cebuano. It would be nice to have English only as well.

Your app sucks! Keeps on loading and loading. Even with a good connection/enabled wifi and mobile data it still takes a long time to load the app.
Bad Customer Support; Buggy App
The verification part is so buggy. Once you have selected an ID, you cant go back to the previous page and reselect another one. If you select the same ID, they will not allow you to take a new selfie and reset the process, so youll end up getting denied over and over again. Emailed customer support and itβs been over a week and no one replies. Unfortunately, I was able to transfer money to the account after I created it. Had I known they will lock me out and not have access to my money, I wouldnt have transferred any amount and wont spend more time on this stupid app. Weird that they give you the option to put money on there then lock you out during verification.

I'm sorry but i really find it so terrible. I run through verification multiple times and make sure i was following the right process and tried checking the information i am indicating was correct. I already tried doing it again and again but this app isn't proveeding to the next step. Is this a bug? Fix this.

Why the app is not accessible during the day? It is alarming and disappointing that whenever you want to transact or fund transfer, the app keeps on notifying βtry againβ.

Why is it so difficult to be verified even i put or enter the correct infommation i have and same with my national idβs? Your customer service is to slow to reply for issues regarding verification even that is the first step use your app!!
