I need help costumer support
Ever since the update my stockers freeze and I can’t use them so I go and stop paying them and they leave but when I get them back the freeze again I have no idea why but I need help fixing it

It’s super fun, but there’s just one thing
I love the game it’s super fun but there’s one issue so whenever I am the cashier the people always go backwards. None of them put the food on the conveyor belt. It’s like a glitch and I have to wait for them to come up and it’s so annoying but anyway, I really like the game but I don’t know how to get more food because all the food I get is bread, sugar, pasta, oil, and powdered sugar oh and the cereal but I want different food anyway bye

雨の日が暗すぎる
基本的に快適で楽しいゲームです。ですが、雨の日の店内が暗すぎる。設定でビデオを切り替えても変わりません。照明を増やしても変わりません。それ以外は大好きです。^_^
Love this Game
I love this game and play it all the time. Growing and updated the store at every level gives a sense of achievement. The only thing I wish the Devs. fixed is the lights they put in and you can purchase. You can turn them on and off but they don’t actually light anything up in the store. So when the weather is raining, it gets really dark in the store, and you can see that the lights are on but they’re not making things brighter. It’s kind of a waste of money to buy something and not have it work the way it’s supposed to. But still 5/5 for me on the game.

倉庫の品物について、以前はラベルを貼ってある通りに置いてくれていたのにアップデートしたら適当に棚に置くようになってしまっています。 新しい棚で何も貼ってないならともかく、ラベルを上書きするように置くのはやめてほしいです。 あとはパンの棚をせめて商品数まで増やして欲しいです。 レジを閉めているのにお客さんが来る意味もわかりません。 前はきちんと反映されていたのに。 元からできてないならまだ分かりますが、改悪されているのはなぜでしょうか？
Good game but not much progression
I like this game but I wish we could get anything as accomplishments when leveling up. Each time you level up it says something like level up to earn more things but I am level 47 and I get nothing new for leveling up, not even coins.

This is a great game, I found that it was perfect for the game I wanted. I just find it really hard to make money. So maybe, make it a little easier. Somehow I’m always broke!😬 I love the game though, it’s so fun and I play it everyday. Totally recommend it. Also NO ADDS! Awesome 👊🏻👍 Download it. You won’t regret it.

Decent game. However, is there a possibility 1. where we can have the option to sell our equipment if we want a different one. 2. Where instead of having to go into the catalog to buy product we can use the scanner to scan the item on the shelf and add it to the cart to buy, and 3. Lastly where the workers don’t keep putting things on the wrong shelf in the storage room when the player already placed each in the order they want them to be in the storage room:

I love this one compared to the others but umm please update it like maybe more stockers and better clothes so they can be dressed different I really love how you build up your money so fast. I love these bakery but the person I hired just stands outside and the amount of racks should equal the breads and pastries other than that I’m loving this game. Can you please add more and better wallpaper and flooring please.

Nice game
Overall the best store simulator games I’ve played thus far. The only thing that bothers me are the stockers. Their priorities need to be fixed. They’re more focused on stocking product that only needs one on the shelf compared to restocking an empty shelf.

一番いいところは広告がないところです。 スーパーマーケット系のスマホゲームではこれがおすすめ。 ただ改善して欲しい点はあります。 まずはレジに雇ったスタッフがいるときにレジの場所の移動ができないこと。スタッフがいる状態でも移動できるようにしてほしいです。 次に棚補充スタッフの挙動。一つでも商品が減ったらそれを補充しにいく。そのせいで品切れした商品を補充するのが遅くなって、結局お客に不満を言われる。 品切れした商品か、棚にある数が少ない商品を優先して補充してくれるようにして欲しいです。 よろしくお願いします。

Not being able to back up my progress means switching devices or even an accidental uninstall forces me to start completely over. It’s heartbreaking to lose hours of work just because there’s no way to sync my data. Fix this, and this easily becomes one of the best management games on the store."

Great game, needs so QoL additions
This game is such a greatly made game. It is similar to the blockbuster hit on steam. But it has its own style. Some excellent mechanics that make it greatly easier to play. I really would love to see this game grow and get updated. There is some Quality of Life needs for me to give 5 stars. - stock racks labels cannot be taken off - cannot put empty boxes on stock racks - stocker doesn’t have an option to put boxes on non labelled stock racks. - when holding box, the picture is covered by a action button. There are more but this isn’t the place. Plus there should be positives. I love the game after all! -What it does great is looking at what is in stock and on shelves. So I don’t even need to memorise or stand by racks to order. - A great variety of products. - A button to see price changes! - ordering at night! - no order amount restriction - great customisation - I need more! - buy more shops. I am not sure if there’s a discord or beta, but would love to join! Keep on the great work

This games awesome but we need self checkout and please make it so we can link between devices and restore purchases. Play a lot on my phone when out but would love to continue on my iPad when in the house

My store is at a level 35 but I can’t hire a 3rd stock employee. I wonder if it’s a bug.

I really enjoyed the game. But I can’t seem to get passed $2000 I really want the bigger store so I can get the bakery but I need a lot of money. Also, if we can have nights and days that’ll be even better because it says 9:00pm on the clock but it’s still daylight. If we could also get loans and pay those off it will be cool too! I love that there is no adds just uninterrupted gameplay

Update
The game is really nice the way they have updated it recently with the stylish shelves and apartment to design with furniture. I am hoping they do add many more designs for the furniture for the apartment and the store. It will be a great boost to the game. One thing for sure I would like to see when you open the store option to buy more stock of the items is a button that shows the highest price item to the lowest ones. Then I would be able to organise the high priced items into one area and focus on those to get more profit into my gameplay. It just takes a while to just keep going back and forth into the store just by manually looking for those items. I think the fridge icon, storage or freezer icons were a bonus for the update and really appreciated those. It helped me a lot because of the fact of scrolling for ages to be able to buy just the freezer items in bulk. Anyways the game is great for what it is. I am currently almost maxed on my licences and would like to see more licences opened up. As well as this storage space or expansion of the store, like more purchases for space. So to just summarise everything, I hope they add popularity in terms of high and low price items, increase store and storage space, create more furniture designs for the apartment and store and lastly introduce more licences into the game! Otherwise if I am maxed on the game there’s nothing much really to be working further onto. But if they do add these features it would make the game more interesting! ☺️

Mine very slow with cash purchases coming in through the till…customers coming in paying $100 for a $7 items..an when I give them change…I’m not seeing the $100 being added just the odd $5.00 or $3.00 disappointing…it needs fixing
