توجد لدي مشكلة في التطبيق يعلق عند شاشة التحميل تظهر المشكلة اذا فتحت التطبيق المرة الثالثة او الرابعة لكن اذا حذفته ورجعت حملته يشتغل طبيعي

Sent me damaged product in excellent category. When contacted they said they can repair cannot replace. Then i returned now they repaired it and told me device have no issue. And i shared all evidence and asked evidence from their side after that no response from them and mobile also not returned.

اشتريت منهم ايفون ١٥ برو ماكس بحالة ( ممتاز ) وعند الاستلام ومراجعة الجوال وجدت منفذ الشريحة لا يعمل المهم تم ارجاع المبلغ المدفوع كاملا لكن الفكرة انك تراجع ٧٢ نقطة لم يكن من ضمنها منفذ الشريحة ؟ شي غير منطقي نرجو منكم مراجعة الاجهزة كما يجب فأنتم الآن تقدمون خدمة نادرة والافضل ان تكسبوا العملاء قبل دخول متجر آخر بذات الخدمة للسوق
One little big issue
It’s a great app with great deals, plenty of options to choose from. What annoys me is that the login page is hard to find, also, there is no sign up option. Another thing is when you order, you have to dig through the menu options to find order details. Overall, i feel like this application is missing some fundamentals that make a shopping website intuitive.

Lack of transparency when ordering. They don’t stick to their delivery times. No word about them actually being Based in Dubai which means import duties are payable by customer. And support is non existent. Stay clear. Rather but local.

REFUND
ITS BEEN ALMOST A FULL MONTH AND THEY HAVENT FETCHED THIS OVERHEATING PHONE OF THEIRS AND HAVENT REFUNDED I EVEN EMAILED THEM AND STILL NOTHING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO WHAT PEOPLE WERE SAYING ABOUT THE COMPANY…

They scammed me
I bought the phone that was in excellent condition when it got here it’s not functioning well, returned it and they said my claim is invalid and refused to send the video of the phone while it’s with their technicians to see it’s working well. And I paid unplanned almost 2k for shipping fee. The phone it’s not fixed even now. I feel very scammed by Revibe.

Worst service delivery
Guys don’t be fooled by the other reviews because sometimes businesses us computers to generate reviews,I ordered a laptop and when it was delivered it was not what was displayed,and it was damaged. Then when I filled for a return they told me that I will have to wait for like 12 days +7 days +7 days which makes it a whole month . Dont buy anything from them

Having difficulty to track my order .Since it been there working hour during the week .It been hard to access customer profile.There is no information base on there “internal technical error “.Tried to reach on whatsapp,automatically generated to AI respond bot.

The app can’t do the most fundamental thing, to keep the currency as selected. Simple thing that made me delete the app.

Quick and reliable delivery. However they (DHL) don’t call to check if you are home, they just come. But otherwise this is reliable

Do not buy from Revibe I bought a 12 pro max as it stands I don’t have the devise and they have refused to refund me DO NOT download the app and do not buy from Revibe, I have been asked to pay more money to get the devise bank I said it’s fine but I still don’t have the link. Update **** finally got attention of senior customer care staff who are resolving my issue i will review if it gets resolved

Looks good but the app seems to think I am in the UAe when I am in South Africa. It won’t let me log in with Google and keeps asking for another google account as it says mine is in use but it won’t let me log in to that account or to reset it. My cell number also doesn’t work. So I can’t even use the app or the site. Fail
