Don’t Buy
I’ve been trying to cancel this service for months. No direct way to do it if you go through Apple Pay to buy it. No response from customer support.

Inconsistent
Did it twice with two different photos. First showed I am a deep autumn. Second showed a soft summer. They aren’t even friends!

Paid the $8 monthly fee. Completed one analysis. Uploaded a new photo and app wanted to charge $6 for an additional analysis. Whats the point in a monthly fee if you are charged per analysis. Stay away & save your money,
Easy,sometimes trippy
Can sometimes trip certain people up if they have a problem recognizing different shades and if it’s a color that’s supposed to make you stand out or blend in. Sure do wish all these apps didn’t have premium features so that everyone can enjoy the knowledge of their best shades. But the basics will save you a whole lotta money!
Cool premise
I got this app because of an ad I saw on TikTok and it looked really cool. But, when I got it I couldn’t do the analysis without paying. You can do a free analysis where you can choose the colors, but if you’re already don’t know which color suits you, you may not know what to pick.
Not free
It’s says it’s free but then you go in the app and the thing there advertising you need to pay for what’s the point of saying it’s free when it’s not.

This is a very useful app although I wish that you didn’t have to use a prescription to get the full experience. Like, I get it, they are tryna make money but paying $8.99 a month (I’m pretty sure) is kinda ridiculous. But you can use the free test and it works the same almost but not completely. Overall, I really like the app for most of the time!

Honestly thought it would be free. Why would I pay monthly on something I would probably only use once. Also makes you pick the color you think you look good in instead of generating it. Obviously when I pick I’m going to be bias and choose what pretty to me lol. But anyways I guess I’m a summer tone ☀️.

Update: Support was able to resolve the issue quickly. I do like the app, it was worth the money to get an accurate color analysis that resonated with what I've noticed looks good/not good on my skin tone. It was helpful. Other free color analysis apps/websites gave me recommendations that did not seem flattering. The app is not showing up on my subscription page on iOS, so I can't cancel my subscription. I feel scammed.
Three photos, three results
I took three photos in the same spot, same light, same camera, and each one gave me a different result, one of which was SO far off it was ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.
