Review
Best auction app for luxury items!
Spam machine!
If you want to be drowned in spam, use this app.
Latest version has filter bugs
Overall, I like the app. I have been looking for a good deal on a couple watches; one of them needs to have a gold and steel band. The latest version of the app seems to be bugged on that sort category, annoying. It also doesn’t filter for case size and dial style.
User Friendly & Convenient
This app makes obtaining the watches you want to buy very convenient and sometimes you can get a pretty good price. Far better prices than Certified Pre-Owned and The authentication you pay for adds confidence at-or-above other options.
App doesn’t allow bids
App currently doesn’t allow bids! Please fix this issue! I feel bad for owners w/listings!!
High service fee
Pretty user friendly app. But, the service fee for any item (even for a $500 handbag) is $250 which is very high.
Great app and platform to buy and sell watches + other luxury goods!
App works flawlessly and I strongly suggest it if you are on an iPhone. In addition they have customer support who work well with both sellers and buyers. Always a pleasure to deal with
Scam
It’s an auction site for watch where the seller sets a reserve amount that even if you win the auction but does not meet the reserve amount it nullifies the winning bid. Basically a dummy bidding site.
Very easy process!
I have been using Grailzee as a seller for several watches now and use their auction listings. Very easy to navigate the app, website and the process is easy to understand!
Great for watch addicts
I’ve sold and bought here. The process was smooth and I really appreciate folks at Grailzee who worked extra hard to secure me a deal on my vintage watch.
Great Experience with Grailzee
Great platform for buying and selling watches. The process was smooth, and the team was extremely helpful and responsive. Special shoutout to Jesse — truly a dealmaker! Highly recommend Grailzee.
Best Platform to Trade Watches
Grailzee is truly the best platform for watch enthusiasts to explore a range of watches and buy at the best rates on the market. From auctions to marketplace listings, there’s a 99% chance that you’ll find whatever timepiece you are looking for. Give it a try!
Love It
Great app! I’ve been using it to buy and sell watches for a long time now. Easy to use and the team at Grailzee is very responsive.
Efficient Platform w Great Customer Support
As a part-time trader of luxury timepieces, I have found Grailzee (and the Grailzee app) to be very easy to use, quick to list, and one that provides access to a large community of watch enthusiasts and traders. What’s more, their customer service and after auction team have helped close deals that may have otherwise slipped away. Great team to deal with and a platform that is integral to growing my business.
using Grailzee app on my phone so easy!
i’m on my phone all the time. I’m in construction or at the gym. I actually enjoy the app way better than the desktop. Once you figure out how to navigate ( not hard) and all the tricks and techniques, it makes this so easy whether I’m buying negotiating making an offer or occasionally a cell. It’s just so easy. I find there is no reason to go on my laptop anymore for this. It’s important that you get the notification on your phone, especially if you’re busy if you’ve been outbid. Being late to respond can cost you a great deal and this helps reduce that risk
