They showing less amount, once trip finish they charge 100$ more , even not any modifications, and apply many extra charges.... Fraud
Airport Drop
There should be an option for dropping off at Terminal 1 or 2. - Whatsapp notification indicated that the drop off be Terminal 1, but I responded to be at Terminal 2. - Response from the customer service is to walk over to Terminal 2. - This is totally unacceptable for door to door taxi service. - Later response that they will reflect this to IT department about possible option.
A load nonsense
Takes ages to get ride. The only time you can get a ride at a reasonable response time is if you add a boost. What a joke!

Faulty app/booking system
I pre-booked a taxi. At pick up time, 3 different taxis arrived, each calling me saying they’re here for my order. The DASH system had somehow automatically switched taxis and kept repeatedly sending out different taxis for my order. Very confusing situation and very awkward for myself and all the drivers. Good thing is, they have a WhatsApp customer service account where you can ask for help and let them sort it out. Still, this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. I’m sticking with Uber next time!

Fast, Reliable and super convenient!
I had a group of 14 people and needed 4 taxis on short notice. I downloaded the app, signed up, and successfully booked all 4 taxis within 10 minutes…. super impressive and incredibly convenient. The booking process was smooth, and the app made coordinating transportation for a large group so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable taxi service quickly!
Scam
The driver claimed he just went through the tunnel and was super packed to persuade you go the longer route. The fare ended up being 35% more.
Why call
Why do the drivers insist on calling once you book via the app? Defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve had multiple cancellations cause I didn’t pick up

this application us a scam. you call a taxi and then receive calls after calls of drivers trying to make the ride outside the app.
Excellent Serive
I had an amazing experience using this taxi app in Hong Kong. As soon as I requested a ride, the driver called us to confirm our exact location, and the real-time tracking feature made it easy to see him absolutely hauling to come pick us up. Once we were in the car, he went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure we got to our destination quickly, but he even made a couple of quick stops along the way to show us secret photo spots of the Big Buddha; places we never would’ve found on our own. The combination of the app’s smooth functionality and the driver’s genuine effort made this one of the best taxi experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Getting Scanned by First Ride
The driver never picked me up or even answered the phone, but charged me in full and showed that he/she made the trip. Dash customer service refused to refund and made all sorts of excuses for driver. Avoid this app!
