New version is badly designed
After using this app for ages. I have just delete it as the new version is bad.
Unable to turn off the auto renew subscription
There is a button to turn off the auto renewal in app, however, it pop an error message said “fail to turn off “. Why ? Are you forcing existing users to pay ? That’s ridiculous.

App
Ponds located in the northern part of the New Territories are shown on three maps, Trailwatch Terrain Map, OpenCycleMap and MapBox Street, but TrailWatch HK Map are not. What is the reason?
Facebook log in 唔到
用唔到facebook log in Please fix

Facebook account
Overall

Great
Great app and I have recorded 46 routes since I used it already. I hope the developer can keep on the development of this app. If it is keeping improving and have more functions I don’t mind to pay for downloaded
Log in issue
Cannot log in using Apple ID, and all records are gone. Please fix the issue.
Better to have GPX upload
For uploading old records, and for exporting records from sports watch
Renaming issue
I would like to rename the journey to the location name, but I can’t do that as the app will stop functioning once I try, pls fix that.
Great app but ….
I have been using this app for a few years now but recently it couldn’t upload a photo properly and I cannot find the re-upload button at the bottom of the entry. Can you let me know how to re-upload photo?
Rubbish
Crashes all the time. Useless.
Many bugs but overall a great app
The trails and information are all very up-to-date and it's great for looking for the perfect trail, but there are many bugs. Search bar doesn't even work and I have to restart the app, some users I search up don't even show up (even though they are accounts made by the people I know) and signing in with your Apple ID makes it so you cannot sign in from any other device other than your own
Can't use without registering
Hate this type of app: can't use at all without registering. What do you need my data for? I thought this app was to encourage good behavior from citizens? Looks like they are just looking to sell your data as everybody else. Very disappointed.
