Bad experience
The app is soo bad I’ve been trying to transfer the money I sent to the acct back to another acct it’s not going saying I need to update my acct…. fine I’ve been waiting for code to be sent to my Gmail but they didn’t send it since past 4 days so I decided to delete the app to download again and now its telling me the same Gmail I used to open it is wrong Pls fix it I can’t leave my money there Thank you ……
Unable to Login
I installed Moremonee today, I signed up with my email and password, I verified my face and it logged me out and asked me to login with my details but after inputting my email and password, it kept saying wrong email and password. I tried to use the forget password but it’s saying my email can’t be recognized.

Your customers support service is bad,no email response and phone calls response. Secondly you guys need to work on tir 3 upward upgrade. I can’t see why I should wait for customer service before I can upgrade,that’s a poor and old banking system. like other banks with my required credentials. For that you people deserve 2 starts

Worst bank ever
You guys really need to work on your customer service and bad bank network most times I’ll transfer money from my Moremonee bank to others an take hrs before they receipt get the money and for about 24hrs I’ve just being running around looking for out to reach out to your customer support but no response but in the app and WhatsApp and for 24hrs and still yet to receive some money sent from my opay to my Moremonee bank and it’s frustrating😓
