I miss Volt
Even after being away for 6 months, it was really a pleasant experience as always.
Charges extra money
Did not enjoy the trip. The driver was 16 mins far when the whole trip was 15 mins. And then extra 2 euros were charged i do not know why. I did not dive into these extra commissions for 2 euro. But lol, when you order premium taxi you do not expect that. And btw route was strange, google maps showed 3 km less distance, it was late evening and low traffic so idk why app picked the longer one

УЖАС РЕЗЕРВИРАХМЕ предварително За автогарата от летище София таксито трябваше да дойде в 12 ч но по приложението пишеше ме той ще дойде след 20 МИНУТИ и това продалжи много дълго време без времетраенето да се промени На картата шофьорът се движите на едно и също място в продължение на 10 минути. Щяхме да изпуснем автобуса си, ако конкурентът им, Yellow, не ни беше взел бързо. Рекламата около услугата е голяма но не става за нищо .
Old version was much better and easier to use
The new version of the application is more complicated, not too friendly to the user. Or upgrade it or change it to the old one

Awful app
Cannot create an account with foreign number. The app displayed that an SMS has been sent, but none was received. After that I am getting prompted to enter a password, but I never set one. Clicking on “Forgot password “ leads to “Operation failed” message.
Fantastic service buggy app
Signing up with a foreign number is not working properly. Additionally the app doesn’t correctly update arrival and other timings unless you exit and reload. Even drivers know of this bug. Please add in-app messaging because foreign number calls don’t work well for drivers. Otherwise fantastic service, highly recommended!
Unbelievable good and fantastic service!
This app and this service is exponentially better than even Uber in the US Black Cars. Their attention to detail, the quality of the cars you get picked up in, the fairness of the pricing, the unbelievable service, as well as the app works extremely well. I am very impressed!
Illegal fees, lies about arrival time
Used to be good. Now they lie about the arrival time. 10 min means 50/50 chance they’ll find you a car at all and if they do the wait starts then. The main reason these knuckle draggers don’t have a working app like Uber or similar is because they have a Taxi mafia. Stealing is never enough, they have to do it slowly incompetently and make your life miserable doing it It is illegal for taxi companies in Bulgaria or anywhere in the European Union to charge extra fees for paying by credit or debit card because EU law—specifically the Payment Services Directive (PSD2)—prohibits merchants from adding surcharges to consumer card payments. This rule ensures that consumers are not penalized for choosing electronic payment methods and applies to all businesses, including taxis, across the EU. Downloaded and installed the app, but can’t get past the mobile phone number sign-up screen - I just receive a server communication error.
