Buggy!
My steak/rib chef doesn’t work after getting him. Busboys and waiters get hung up in the upper right of restaurant. I am at level six and cannot figure out how to progress any further. I got a phone call from a her and there is t a way to contact him or progress.

There’s better similar games.
The game is great the only downfall is the adds there’s an ad every 10 seconds. I loved it but had to uninstall it unless they want to start paying me to watch ad all day.
More levels please

Upgrade
The app needs to be upgraded. I’m stuck at level 10, France and I’ve cleared all tasks. I’m waiting to be upgraded to the next country like for ever. That’s what has been keeping me going and excited to always play but now it’s getting boring 😔

You have to view ads to make purchases. The more money you have, the more items cost, such as servers. Then there are ads that just pop up. If you are playing for 5 mins, you have will 3 mins worth of ads.
Shame not many levels
Shame I’ve been really enjoying game but after France it stops nothing !! If you’re not going to update with new levels then I suggest you just delete the game people won’t wait forever for you to put some and there are hundreds of other games available . with the constant barrage of adverts for the game I was getting I expected better than a half completed game it seems like it was hastily released before enough levels were created. Coming soon ! Doesn’t cut the mustard I’m afraid!,

I love, love this game. It’s fun, exciting and I love reminiscing of my waitressing days with this game. I finished all of New York and made it to the last level in France and I NEED more updates. I’m getting tired and frustrated of being stuck but I want to continue playing 😩. If I had more levels to play in new restaurants, I would give this game a 5star

Good game and understand it’s free so you have to have ads but not after every 30 seconds! Deleted the game because of it

Omg how frustrating it is to try to get into the groove of playing a game and every 5 seconds literally there is a pop up ad! My attention span is not equipped for so many interruptions.

There’s an ad every 10 seconds. I understand the team needing to make a profit, but it’s either watch an ad every second or pay an outrageous $20 for a premium pack. There needs to be a balance if you want to keep players. Game has potential but easy down on the ads & pricing.

I purchased the Chef Special, which offers no ads forever. As soon as my purchase was complete I received an ad. Then another ad. There is no customer support to voice my concern. I want a refund!

This game used to be good, but ever since I updated the app there’s a forced ad every 30 seconds. It’s not worth playing anymore.

I love the game itself and I play games with ads but this one has way too many. You can’t even enjoy the game without an ad popping up every minute. It wakes away the fun. That’s my reason for deleting it. Reduce the ads.

Fun and addictive, finished all the level but there’s not enough level after France. There’s only two countries so far. The annoying part is the ads. There’s ads if you want to upgrade your food pricing and have not enough $$. You have to play a lot to get ads removed. I found some glitches in one of NY restaurant, the food helpers are not helping, I had to do all the restocking while they were only busy restocking the two bars. The waiters move slow even though you upgrade. There’s some foods image that get stuck on the table and never disappears.

the graphics are good in this game and it’s fun, but the ads are insane. interrupt game play every 2 minutes. makes it not even fun to play. also have gotten stuck at a level where even though i’m gathering points it’s not adding to my level. so i’m just stuck. also the workers just stop working completely and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Very nice game, but I got stuck on the second level, and there is no way to move forward, nothing gets updated. I have upgraded all the dishes a lot, but my points got stuck on 42/69. Please fix the problem

Nothing after France😡
The games great, lots of adds but if you click on skates or safes etc you will get rewarded for watching the add anyway so click on those before the next add comes up to just watch without rewards. It's very disappointing because there's no more city's to go on after just three city's on France then the game ends. Please add more city's 🙏🏼

To be honest I really like the game, but the overwhelming ads every 5 seconds takes the fun right out of the game. I understand ads every 10mins but I really feel like I spend more time watching ads than playing the game.
