If you’re going to do updates and bug fixes why don’t you correct the issue of nobody EVER winning the 7 levels? I have completed the 7 levels many times and every single time it says you have been eliminated. I have asked and everyone in my group has had the same experience. Is it just that this is not a bug but simply what you do to cheat people out of what you have promised them?
Good start but too hard after 100
The game is eventually too hard. There is no difference between the regular “green” boards and the hard “red” ones. Too much of the single (center) conveyor belt. Need some boards that don’t move at all or at least move in a different direction. I’ve played basically the same board the last 4 levels. You need to mix up the boards so that there are some easier ones to pass amid the hard ones. I’m disappointed.

On multiple occasions this game has taken coins from me. I’ve spent over £1500 and they refuse to help me even though they admit the bugs that I reported. I went to Apple for a new problem as they expect you to record all problems or they won’t help you, except it’s impossible to do that unless you record your entire game play all the time which is not possible and a ridiculous request as you never know when the bugs/problems will happen. They are trying to refuse a refund through apple when on the rare occasions other games have had problems apple have issued a refund. I’m a single mum who is too ill to work and every penny matters so to have money taken from me when I’ve paid so much is disgraceful. There are free rewards which give you an hour of free game play and they expect you to record it??? I don’t have a secondary device anymore only my phone so can’t do that except on rare occasions I leave the house. DO NOT DOWLOAD AND DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THE GAME TAKES MONEY BUT DOES NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOUVE PAID FOR!!!

I really enjoy this game it’s lots of fun when I am bored . It helps to entertain me .
So frustrating
If I have 23k "points" & have been stuck on one level multiple times LET ME USE ALL MY POINTS IF THAT'S WHAT I CHOOSE TO DO!! On a HARD level I'm given one opportunity to 'spend' 900 points for 120 more seconds. I can be so close to completing the level, willing to spend another 900 just to be able to go to next level but NO, one chance then start all over. I love the game but this 'feature' makes me want to delete the game.

This would be a fun game but the amount of adds just makes it frustrating. The length of the adds is ridiculous! You can forget about playing a level or two while on break at work or while waiting in line for something. You only have time to watch another incredibly boring add. I was going to pay to remove adds, but it’s flipping 8 dollars! That’s ridiculous! Maybe 3 or 4.99 but 8!!! Have you lost your dang minds?? Do you know how many eggs you can buy with 8 dollars?? 8 dollars is almost 2 gallons of gas! 8 dollars on a game? Not in Trumps America!!

Latest update SUCKS
Latest update has made the game nearly impossible to win a single board without spending money to add extra time or reshuffle. I used to love this game because it was the perfect amount of easy mixed with challenging. Now it’s too difficult and the only way to win is to spend money. I’m ok to spend some but only spending is lame because then there’s no challenge involved it’s simply pay to play. Also the lack of updating of the levels is also uncool. For people who have been playing, we’ve been owed points for ages but apparently according to developers it’s “comming soon” but it’s been like that for nearly a year but didn’t bother to address this in their most recent “update”. As soon as I use up all of my credits, I’m out. It’s unfortunate that they will lose some of their best customers due to greed.

Interface responsiveness is poor
Takes 2, 3, 4 attempts to grab items and move them which is frustrating when items are moving on a conveyor belt. Also once you grab an item and try to move them elsewhere, the gap in which to place the item is very small and unforgiving meaning if you don’t place the item within a very narrow area, it jumps back to its original space. All this means you waste time. The games are timed, which makes it very frustrating to play.
Game is 5 star but ads are annoying
I paid £7.99 for No Ads gamepass but still get ads!!! Even the game is fun but those ads are getting really annoying, and it seems getting more often now.

I really enjoy this game; however, you only get two tries per level, then you have to retry again and again before you can progress. Eventually it becomes impossible to progress unless you buy upgrades. I think I’m going to have to delete it because it’s so expensive.

Great game. Sadly, I play it way too much. Only problem I’ve had is being disqualified from a tournament with no explanation why!! Don’t bother with the Lucky Draw - adds extra “items” to sort why complicates it further (I’d rather sort 20 different items than 50 different items). Otherwise, very fun!!!

Fun game. But I paid for zero ads and it hasn’t worked. While ads are no longer coming up after every level, instead they’re spontaneously popping up while I’m in the middle of a game. Sort it out please and deliver what I’ve paid for.

Love it … But
I love this game it’s very challenging but doable at the early levels. However many of the advanced levels are jammed and unsolvable and even throwing boosters at them is of no use. The time is too short. I know the time pressure adds to the challenge but there is not enough time to consider all the options. BUT worst of all is that the ads (often very long and tedious for games I will never download) often get stuck and crash the game. It’s so sad that a good game is spoilt by these issues

This is a great game, it’s relaxing and engaging apart from one serious glitch the coins you win in the game are subtracted from your total coins. I have lost thousands of coins that should have been added to my total coins instead the coin prize won from the game is subtracted from your coin total.

Would love to give this more stars, nice addicting game, but after a while there’s too many items on the shelves and you get stuck on levels. Was going to purchase the no ads thing but now not sure if I want to.
