PLEASE FIX THE GLITCHES
Hey developers, do you still exist? I love this game. I would give it five stars, but the developers REALLY need to fix the glitches. The levels like the bomb ones that other ppl complained about, are my favorites!! Months ago I paid for a no ad bundle but haven’t spent money since. My team always wins the channel, with only 3 active members who don’t speak in chat, so I always have coins. I have over 80k coins now. But these dang phone freezing glitches have me wanting to cancel the app and forget our relationship.

Ellie’s Race
Super fun game but anytime Ellie’s Race appears the game locks up. Very frustrating for sure! I can’t seem to find a way to contact the developer to complain so they can fix it! I paid to remove ads so I feel my money is wasted
Glitches!
Love this app but over the last week, I start a game and it hangs. There’s no way I can see to fix it, tried all sorts of options and eventually the screen flashes quickly, which isn’t great. I have to shut down the app and start again. Really frustrating.
Glitch
I really enjoy this game and have been playing it for a long time. However, after reaching level 830, the game keeps glitching and I can’t move past it. It either freezes or crashes. Please fix this issue in the next update – I’d really like to keep playing. Thank you!

Constantly freezes
I used to love this game but it freezes every time I play now. I obviously can’t play it anymore but I wish the developers would fix it. Also there used to be quick ads to enable longer play. Now the ads are so long and a player is only given 1 minute or 2 minutes more to play after watching ridiculously long ads.
Generally a well done game but they definitely want you to spend money
This game has been my favourite of the shelf sorting genre. The adds felt a bit excessive but the ad removal was very cheap compared to any other game I have played so I was happy to pay. As another review has said level 114 is genuinely impossible to complete alone, I had to spend 10k in game coins to pass the level and extend the time 3 times even after using the time extension boost at the start of a round. This desperately needs balancing as I can see so many players giving up at this point and never returning. The developers have put a good variety of mechanics in the came to keep it fresh and enjoyable but none of these mechanics are explained when introducing them, so you are left with trial and error to figure it out. this is not enjoyable and needs a tutorial screen or at minimum a brief explanation. They also flash a pop up at the bottom of the screen to use items if you stop for even a moment this is quite distracting and annoying. There is also a whole screen pop up to purchase more in game item packs with real world money if you use the last of any item, then there is the 2-4 pop ups to spend money when the app is open. If these things stopped it would be a 5 star game.
Was great, now it’s glitchy
Version 1.6.42: I love this game! I’m on level 933. Before the update the matching was so easy and didn’t lag. In this new update there is so much lag when there’s a timed area and it’s not as smooth as it used to be. It makes me not want to play and I love the Halloween look.
Good game but.
I really like the game but it glitches every day now. I am on level 1290 and it just freezes and stops working half way through the level. Very annoying!

Not good
I have loved this game. Not anymore. It forces you to spend coins to shuffle the shelves when there are clearly matches to be made. It’s not fun to play with so many crashes and freezes. I’m being forced to give this game up. Wouldn’t recommend this game.

Please bring back the game that I love. It’s constantly freezing and or crashing when frozen it has to be restarted so you lose all the boosters you used and progress if you were able to make any. The items under the new gold key 🗝️🗝️ Has Not Been Visible since the new week or timeline began. The adds are too long. Some are about 2 minutes. Please do something about that too Please fix it soon. It has been the same with all of the updates. One issue is fixed and another issue carries on or a new issue starts. Please go back to before the last 3 updates. I’ve lost so many rewards and boosters that I’ve bought in the past and ones that I’ve been rewarded and used. Please bring back the game that I love
Good until you get stuck
Was a good game until I reached a level with 3 sets of TNT. Tried for 2 weeks to get past the level but will now delete as useless if you cannot progress
Ads and Glitches
Level 207 and can’t get past it due to glitch that prevents me from using any extras to pass the level. Any advantage I try to use leads to a stuck timer and shelves rearranged and immovable items. I tolerated the ads, but after two days of trying to work around the glitch I give up. I’m deleting this app.

Not working any more
This game was great at first, now it crashes every time I play it. As other reviewers have noted, it also says no more space available when there clearly is.
Fun but with glitches
I have been playing the game for some time and i have enjoyed it so far, however, now I am in level 1423 but the game has a glitch and it gets stuck, i tried several times restarting the game but the same problem persists, it is fun but has too many adds now that it is stuck I believe I cannot play it anymore…..
Glitch after update
This is an addictive game with a lot of ads. The app has been updated and now I can’t get into it. It kicks me out whilst loading. The developers website isn’t helpful as it shows no way to report a fault.
FRUSTRATING, To Say the Least
This game has had problems since the first time I downloaded it. Initially, the problems were related to jerky moves that started after playing two or more games. After that, it would crash mid game. I just updated again from an update that stated “crash fix”. Now it freezes up. I love this game, but this is just too frustrating.

The TNT levels are ridiculous
This game repeats the same levels over and over again. Once you get to higher levels all of the levels are repeats.

Glitch at level 358
I have got to level 358 and can’t get any further as it keeps freezing. I get to a certain point in the level and when you refresh it just freezes after that. So annoying!!

Freezes your whole phone and not accurate on moves
Fun game until it freezes your whole phone... Also, the moves aren't correct. Makes you use your coins or watch ads because of this. You can see your next move able to happen but it cuts you off saying you don't have any moves left.

I get to a certain level and the game just freezes. Acts like it wants to take me to that level and when I open it there’s nothing there. This game is fun and keeps my mind active. I had to delete it once because of this then when I re downloaded it I had to start all over instead of continuing on at the level I was on. Please fix this

Love this game and would give it 5 stars, but when I got to level 114, game started glitching and no matter what I do, the level can’t be passed. Please fix it!

This game will freeze on an ad and then you lose your progress and it will reset mid challenge. For a game with this many ads, you would think they could improve the functionality.
No way to contact
Really enjoy the game. Can be a bit pricey. Haven’t been able to play since most recent update. Game opens, goes through several pop ups .. gets stuck on Ellie’s Race. Can’t get past. Tried a dozen times. Couldn’t find any way to contact but through a review.
Glitches
This is a fun game, however, it shouldn’t require watching 47 ads to get through one level. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind ads, and I understand that that’s where the company gets their revenue unless you pay a ridiculous amount of money for no ads, but enough is enough. I have made it to level 960 and I’ve been stuck on it for days because there is a glitch when you get to the very end and the game freezes. I have contacted the developers, but it has not been fixed.

リフレッシュアイテムや、手持ちコインでリフレッシュした時、マッチさせていたイラストが一気に減り、完全に固まる。1回目からこのバグが起こる時もあれば、数回繰り返した時に発生する時もある。それまでに使用していた手持ちのコイン＆アイテムは戻らず、無駄に消費される。アプリを再起動してもずっと同じレベルで何十回も同じバグで進めない。携帯を再起動してもダメ。。。無限ループ中。。。無駄に消費したコイン＆アイテムは戻らず、次はいけるのか？とずっと消費し続けてる。。もう諦めるしか無い？？

SCREEN FREEZES at lvl 43
I have given up on this game for the second time. In addition to all the problems I referred to in my first review, the screen now FREEZES at level 43 such that I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on to exit this app.
Fun but…
Fun to play and pass time but too many ads…& too many long ads. Otherwise it’d be a 5 star rating.
Great game but ads are brutal
I’m literally addicted to this game, however I had a bad experience with the ads that is leading me to want to uninstall. Generally I don’t mind ads especially if I need to watch them to get more time in a match, however, tonight I was in the middle of an Ellie race and I was making good progress until I ran into a National Floors Direct ad that was literally over 40 MINUTES LONG! I wanted to restart the app but I was just about finished an extremely difficult round and I didn’t want to have to start it over again, so I waited. I’ve never seen a timer wheel on the ad move so slow. Needless to say I lost the race and I’ve closed the app. After waiting that long for an ad to finish, I’m taking a break from the game. Please check your ads to ensure they don’t last an obscene length of time. If that issue can be fixed I’ll consider playing again.
Level 114
I’ve been playing this game for about a year but every time I get to level 114 I cannot seem to get past. It takes me hours so I end up deleting the app and reinstalling it and starting over it’s happened seven times.

Glitches and ads
I have been playing this game for some time now. It has some bugs but the game is cute and I didn’t care much about lost prizes and such. But recently it’s showing a gift card ad with a spinner that is impossible to close. Only to restart the game. And that’s it. Switching to some other triple match game. Btw, this one is third or fourth for me, they all become either impossible for play without buying anything or too glitchy
Favourite game but
Still can’t play even after the update. The Amelie race freezes the game and I have to exit and try reloading. I have deleted and reinstalled but it still gets stuck.
