The camera features are working the best they ever have over two years time. The camera is ignoring wind events, finally. It’s also detecting bird events accurately and sending notifications for bird events. And it’s ignoring human events, like me walking in front of the camera. And, today the settings screen was inaccessible for a few hours, but now it’s back and working. Impressed and happy! (I’m not sure if reinstalling the app or resetting and rebinding the camera fixed all this since I had a network outage, or if developers have been making improvements.). But, life is good just in time for migration.
No es 100% funcional
Es pésima, dice ser gratuita y luego de 3 meses te cobran y ni aun cobrándote la app graba lo que tiene q grabar, por mas q la configuro hace lo q le da la gana
Love Cinmoore
I have multiple Cinmoore cameras for security and to check on my pets when I’m working. Easy set up and pretty easy app to use. I haven’t figured out if the login has 2F yet, but if not, please think about letting us set up 2 factor!
Cannot login
Hey CINMOORE I cannot log in to my account and stuck on buffering, I tried to send verification code to email also got stuck there too. Is that because the new iOS update I did on Aug 26? Anyway please fix it. I invested in too many cameras of your and news the app to work.

Works okay but the siren feature is useless. If I needed to wake my wife at night the low chirping would never do. Siren should be loud and urgent sounding

Desde el día de ayer la app me pide iniciar sesión, de forma regular, no se están guardando los videos y no se puede acceder a la grabación en vivo, por lo mismo de que se cierra la sesión de forma automática, su apoyo con la actualización o mejora de la app.
Subscription needed for easy downloading
SD card recordings were able to be downloaded directly to my phone until bird watching subscription ended. Now I can’t download any recordings. Not interested in paying just for downloading and having cloud storage.
Not loading up
The app was working fine until up too a month ago, wont let me login and see the camera footage

Disappointed
The camera set up easily and worked great for two days then,when I went into setting they were no longer there. I tried countless times to get them back but to no avail. Tried several times to call them but couldn’t or wouldn’t answer their phone. Now e.mailing them but hold out no hope!

Does not detect motion and no area to cancel on app or how FAQ to cancel. Waste of money.
Great except the working indicator light
So I mostly have been pretty satisfied with this (no subscription) except the freaking blue indicator light doesn’t stay off. The app will indicate it’s turned off, but it lights up again 18-24 hours after being once again disabled. Please fix this!

Frustrated
When i first got these camera they were amazing but overtime they’ve been an incredible pain in the a**. I had to pay for a plan because the app would only allow me to see certain captured events and now just days after i buy a plan my whole system has crashed. i woke up to a notification and went to see it and the app had completely crashed. i couldn’t see anything it wouldn’t even load my live feeds just kept giving me error messages and kept logging me out of my account. it then told me i had no devices connected to the app even though i have 2 cameras. i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and that made it worse. it won’t except my password even after changing it. it won’t let me do the verification code with my email. it won’t let me do anything. these bugs don’t happen much on my end but when they do they are a major pain.
Has potential.
I’d like to see Face ID/PIN to open the app. I’ve had previously recorded footage disappear.

Second account holder and it literally kick me out after 24 hours! This is concerning as we purchased these cameras to monitor our property. This app is terrible. Defeats the purpose for purchasing.
Formatting the Sd card
The was working fine until the free subscription ended. Now it won’t save anything. I put an SD card in, formatted it and it said card was formatted but when trying to save images to it I got a message saying I had to format the card again. I reformatted the card 3 times so for but I get the message-card needs to be formatted. I give up.
Great Camera/Bad Ai Identification
The camera/notifications are amazing, but the Ai bird identification is horrible. Also g as you’re not counting on the Ai to identify the type of bird, this feeder is great.

Can’t believe this doesn’t have more stars! It was super easy to set up. It functions beautifully. It has awesome features and options. It worked and alerted perfectly! One of the best tech purchases I have made!
Firmware update just killed bird feeder from SD card
New firmware in birdfeeder just killed the ability to see videos from SD card. Please fix!!

Good product. App needs work, it’s fine but needs some QOL features.
Please add an option to turn on night vision permanently on for the C2U camera and also a dark theme mode for the app. I keep the camera in my pet enclosure and although there is no infared red light to scare my pet, every time the night vision turns ok it makes loud click and it scares him. If I can keep it on always it would be perfect.
Good quality Cam and App
I am very statisfied with this product so far. But unfortunately they removed the video recording over my free 1 Gb cloud storage. So I decided to purchase the annual plan as advertised for 29.9$. When I made the purchase, the application billed me for 45.98$ instead based on a price of 39.99$ (probably taxes added). After contacting the customer service, they answered promptly and corrected the situation. Price was shown in USD and the app converted it to CAD.

Randomly logging me out now
Used to be more reliable. I recently paid for a year membership for live videos and “privacy”. As soon as I pay $30 I start experiencing issues with the app. It used to sometimes lag but now it’s saying my session timed out whether I log in with a code or with my password. Super annoying. I updated to the last update and it didn’t fix the issue. App doesn’t have a HELP button or anywhere to report this issue. Someone please fix this.

Amazing camera
Absolutely amazing camera at a very affordable price. The app is easy to use too. I bought this to capture my cat’s behaviors using litter box and works perfectly for the purpose. I love that the camera automatically saves slots of time only when the motion is detected. The motion detection and pet detection were both off in default, so you must go to the settings to turn them on.

Lo siento si me tocó estar de mala suerte porque apenas anoche instale la aplicación con dos cámaras funcionando y no puedo negar que se ven espectaculares pero ya hoy en la mañana estando en el trabajo ya no tengo acceso a la aplicación, con ninguno de mis dos teléfonos he podido acceder, nada da error y problemas de conexión, que lástima la verdad porque me estaban gustando, yo les doy una sola estrella y solo porque se ven bien, sino cero

Why does it only have 2.5 WiFi when everybody has 5g in America where this is being promoted? Can there be a software update because I bought this thing for no reason if not.

Denied access
I was able to access the app to check my home and now today it’s telling me to log in and not accepting my password also a message displayed that I need a passcode to access app. There is no help tried contacting company but it’s useless. They are directing me to TikTok where I purchased camera. Waste of money purchasing this brand camera
