Easy history
Love the game filled with history. I just wish that it Would give more information on the questions once you answered them.
Slow decline
This game started off great but like many, after awhile the decline in the content and support had been on a slow decline. New content is not added on a timely manner and when it is, it is very sloppy and not thorough. I have paid for purchases and the support to fix it is unacceptable. Time for me to find a new game.

Love this game, except for one problem.
I enjoy this game for the weekly challenges that happen, which are Bag Panic and Team Race. When the latest Bag Panic happened, I was supposed to be getting my rewards for finishing second and third, but for some reason, I never got them when I knew there were 13 minutes left in the challenge. This isn’t the first time this has happened, it has happened a whole number of times throughout the early months of this year. I want to reach out to Qiiwi for a redemption code (Which I have done for a Team Race event that I have also been doing well in a while back, but didn’t get my rewards until I brought it up with Qiiwi), I don’t want to do it every time if that’s all it takes to get my rewards. I’m begging and pleading for the developers to fix their in-game reward system. I’ve been playing this game for a whole year, and these challenges have brought an extra dimension to the gameplay.

A great mix!!
A great combination of trivia and a board game!! It’s quite easy to collect dice to continue and dollars along the way. I enjoy it very much and I play every day!!!

I really like this game, but periodically there is a run of non-optional ads that I object to, because they force open my browser. I don’t mind an ad or two, but when I have to exit the game to close the ad in my browser, it really takes away from the game. I wrote this in my feedback to the game creators, but there response was to say that it was my fault for “missing the close x” and tapping on the ad. Currently the Amazon ads for OXY are opening my browser without me touching anything, so I guess it isn’t me. Will take a break from the game for a while.

Enjoyable
I enjoy this game and learning some really interesting facts about cities around the world. The only gripe I have is that the ads are far too long. Every other game I play where you are rewarded for watching an ad, the ad is not half as long as they are in this game.

Selve fundamentet er fint og en god idé. Desværre er der bare for meget ligegyldigt indhold osv. nogle gange er simpelt bedre, og dette er en af dem. Havde de hold det i er brætspilsformat (hvor man evt kunne spille med andre fra starten) så havde det været så fedt! Der er alt for meget st holde styr på og for mange forskellige (ligegyldige) ting, som i starten også virker ekstremt overvældende trods en lille intro. Det er tydeligvis et forsøg på at få flere micro transactions, men det er dsv på bekostning af spillet flow. Generelt er princippet for spillet godt, men desværre er slutresultatet ringe og forvirrende med for mange ligegyldige ting. Synd at grådighed skal ødelægge noget med ellers så stort potentiale.

This game is tons of fun and educational. Feels like a board game
I’m a sucker for trivia and this game is the best. I love the graphics and learning about different places, collecting the trading cards and learning about famous monuments of each country. It really makes me want to travel more. It feels like I’m getting a world tour.
Hopeless
Stay away from this game, every 5 minutes of gametime generates 10 minutes of ads of different kind, not fun at all 🤑
Good Game, Needs Improvement
I really enjoy this game and I play it often — it’s fun and engaging overall. However, I wish there were more dice available, not just 20, as it feels a bit limiting. I also feel that the spin-the-wheel feature doesn’t seem very fair. Most of the time it lands on money, and it’s very rare to win 4 dice or 4 bags. Even when the pin appears to stop on those rewards, it often moves back and lands on money instead, which makes it feel manipulated. Despite this, I still enjoy the game, but I think these aspects could be improved to make it more rewarding and enjoyable
Enjoyable but many wrong answers
I enjoy the game but so many of the answers are verifiably wrong. For example the game says Thailand has no national bird. But the national bird of Thailand is the Siamese fireback

Great general knowledge and geography trivia game. One thing I don’t like is there could be more options to earn coins and dice. But otherwise it’s a well constructed game and not too many ads.

I am not a fan of games that don’t allow me to turn off haptics. The constant vibrations drive me nuts.

Girigheten i spelform
Har aldrig varit med om ett spel som så ofta och så strategiskt genomtänkt försöker lura av spelare pengar. Hela spelidén är baserad på att spelarna skall betala för att slippa förlora sina framgångar i spel där svar ibland är näst intill omöjligt att känna till.

Good game but far to American biased, yes we know a great deal about your country but state flags and particular details a mystery, the same as me saying to you how many floors in the Shard or how many habitable floors are there in it
Too Hard
Not bad, but stopped playing due to questions being too difficult. I like to learn but most questions are dates or similar words.

Love the game but how do you turn off the sound?? I’d give a higher rating if that was something I could figure out on my own without having to ask- lol

Entertaining but not inclusive enough/ lack of fact checking
I am a Turkish-American who loves to travel, does research before his travel, and educates himself as much as possible; therefore, I thought this game would be a cute way for me to test my knowledge I have gained over the years. The game was really captivating at the beginning as I have a good memory, good at geography and history. In fact, I was moving so fast that I spent $30 for extra dices so that I can see what they will ask about my country of origin (Türkiye). Anyways, first few countries went very well in terms of capturing unique essence of the cities/countries. However, when I hit Honolulu/Hawaii, the city jobs became ridiculous. There are two jobs talking about movie casting and also a third one that is called “Brad Pitt Manager”; I personally think this is ridiculous to teach someone about what makes Honolulu a unique place. I know Hawaii has lots of movie production but 3 out of 9 is excessive even if the developer team struggled to find an occupation, they could have chosen an actor with Hawaiian background like Bruno Mars or even Dwayne Johnson instead of a white actor from Oklahoma. However, when I moved on the İstanbul/Türkiye(where I was born and studied for college), the situation even became more ridiculous to capture the essence of what makes a city unique. First of all, as I studied Turkish history and culture to get a placement in my college, I came across a several factual errors. I was not even able to report them all. As far as I remember, there were only 2-3 out of 9 city jobs which was actually about Turkish culture. One of the city job categories included “It starts with M” and even if we ignore that this is nothing to do with an occupation. There was no question regarding Türkiye itself. All other jobs that can be found in anywhere in the world(Company Manager, Doctor, Dog Trainer, included anything about Türkiye but only(lets say 90%) America (what % of us households have dogs, how much money Steve Jobs made, what college Mark Zuckerberg went). I guess my question for the developer team to decide if this game is developed to increase cultural awareness and appreciation across the country or serve American audience as a trivia game and market accordingly. If I am going to answer only American based questions in another country’s location, what is the point of visiting US cities or even different cities within the US? You can make us travel across California and New York. Then, this game does not really appeal to the real backpackers around here world. Lastly, there is a bug in the game whenever an ad pops up, game sounds do not work unless you close and open it again. I appreciate the fact that you try to capture diversity in the game but maybe you should work with some local guides to develop the questions as some of the facts in the game do not represent the reality or is missing the nuance and it seems as if it is more like ChatGPT failure.

I love playing Backpacker Go! and I’ve learned a lot about so many different places. The only thing that keeps it off a 5 star review is far too many duplicate cards. And it takes too long to convert those duplicate cards into a new card. Apart from that, I love it!

Spoiled by ads!
This is a great game and I highly recommend it as an educational resource for children, it really does help you learn so much about individual countries and great interesting facts about them. I really am annoyed with the ads though. I ended up paying £4.99 to remove them for only two weeks! As they were playing virtually every minute. Then, when purchased, it conveniently states that the ads will continue to enable free dice every now and then? So now it’s every five minutes I get an ad instead. No! I paid for NO ADS. Sort it, it totally ruins the gameplay and interrupts it. If you pay ads free, it should be totally ad free and permanently. Such a shame as it really has great potential as a game.
