« Tinder » style coverage requests is awful idea
I have no idea who and under what circumstances thought that taking on coverage through « Tinder » style swipe is good UX, but it is absolutely obvious that it is very-very bad idea for team that actually care to be available during their on call rotation
Check the notification sound
Mine somehow defaulted to blaring and I wanted to hurt someone when I heard that thing.

Really really bad app when compared to Opsgenie
The app and website is soo slow and frustrating to use. I have decided to take up meditation after using Rootly, I will go crazy otherwise

Sleepless after this app is integrated in organisation
Intuitive
Intuitive to use, receive pages and hop into the slack channel. But what’s important for me is when I’m getting paged at 3AM, I have no idea what’s going on. So it’s been really helpful in giving context, and then automatically triggering the communication channels and documentation.
Terrible
Really about this is really bad. The UI needs tons of work. Can’t get to what I need to get to in order to look up things.

SSO Breaks iPad App
When signing into the iPad app with SSO, it stays in the SSO browser window and does not pass the same token back to the navie app. This prevents login to the actual app.

The app feels designed by people who’ve actually been on call. Every feature is practical.
