Not happy
I am very disappointed with the return request process. It was inconvenient and not handled efficiently.
Love their pieces
The products are quite nice, plus the designs are also really good. Bought a gift box from them
Problem with the website and app
It’s so problematic, it tells me again and again to log in whenever i open the app. And the website is also so messy, when i want to open one thing, it opens another thing

Very good app for all latest accessories
Worst shopping experience
I ordered a couple of items from salty and have had the worst experience from a shopping app. The items were not delivered even after multiple follow ups. Now they have returned to origin and it’s been a month, I have not received the refund. I would not recommend this app to anyone and how can I trust an app that is not mainstream to pay prepaid the whole amount when the delivery is not guaranteed. Plus they have no customer support to raise the query.
good experience
i ordered few necklaces and earring and quality is nice

I had a really good experience with Salty. The products feel thoughtfully curated, the quality is impressive, and the overall brand presentation is very polished. Their team is also responsive and professional, which makes the experience even better. A great choice for anyone looking for stylish and well-made products.
