Odlična aplikacija
Bio sam korisnik dvije komercijalne banke prije NLB i ubjedljivo najbolje korisničko iskustvo imam sa NLB Klik aplikacijom. Jednostavna je, pratkična, brza i pouzdana.
Dokle vise?
Amazing upgrade
This has been an amazing upgrade from the previous app. It has it all, management of accounts, cards and loans. Even loan payment plan is there. Love it! Suggestion: can you please add recurring payments management?
Unable to use essential banking features
The app has not allowed me to complete currency conversion or transfer funds for more than 10 days. Customer support was unable to resolve the issue and instructed me to send an email. Days later, there is still no reply. An e-banking app should provide reliable service and timely support. This experience has been extremely frustrating
Brief Customer Review of NLB's Mobile App
I've been using the new NLB Klik app for a few weeks now, and I was delightfully surprised. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it simple to navigate through my accounts and transactions. The features like mobile check deposit and real-time alerts are super convenient. Plus, I feel secure with the added biometric logins. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their banking!
Losa podrska
Losa podrska, aplikacija baguje
Useless
Basically useless! Full of bugs.
Not happy
This app doesn’t work, it won’t let me register
Not working
The app does not let you register, the call center does not even know it exists
