Very poor
Tbh this is an incredibly poor application. QR code payments - never worked as expected. The app just hangs. Authentication is a nightmare. No FaceID, somehow you have to prove almost every significant payment with the additional PIN code. Who invented this approach? Why is this even considered useful?
mToken not working
Can't log in. Activation of new mToken doesn't work. Update: the problem was quickly resolved by technical support.

System is slow
1. If you have several accounts (for example one for business and one personal) it’s a problem to set up different etoken passwords. And when you try to do it on one phone, the systems fails. So you cannot manage both business and private accounts form one device. 2. When creating templates for some payments, the template doesn’t save the name of the company. Every time I need to type it down. Templates are created to save your time, but when you need to retype company names again and again it’s irritating.

Aplikacija je dobra i pregledna , ali; 1) bzv mi je da svaki put dobijam sms poruke 2) iphone ima opciju da otkljucava opcije putem skeniranja ociju , ne vidim zasto i ova ne bi mogla isto.

It is impossible to activate mToken, it is impossible to pay for anything via the Internet... it is better to look for another bank! Disgusting!

Could you make an authorization with Face ID? It’s really annoying to re-enter password every time I want to open an app and check my accounts.

It is the worst banking application) any updates broke the application more and more, especially, with Mtoken. I have written a lot of letters to support with different problems. The most common answer is “remove and download the application again “

We added function mToken, but it doesn’t work in iPhone during several months! I can’t make transfers between my accounts and use personal money. This is terrible! Fix this problem please!
