love but issue
i love this game so much i’m on level 105 right now but my only issue is that the game keeps crashing and I don’t know why. i start playing it and in the middle of a level my screen freezes and then unfreezes then everything starts glitching and my screen keeps flickering on and off. i have an iphone 15 if that helps.
Doesn’t work!!
The game won’t even go past the loading screen!! I’ve waited 5 minutes and it’s still the loading screen at 0%.

Sadly kinda ruined
I’m bummed out. I had this game for a long time, and really enjoyed it. Didn’t have excessive ads, fun to play, and it was challenging enough to stay fun The latest update is a mess though. The game glitches like crazy now, like to the point that sometimes it’s unplayable or won’t even open the app. They removed a feature where you had unlimited chances to reset the level and keep playing. This is important because some levels are literally impossible or extremely difficult to win from the start (random shuffle). The game is way less fun if you have to lose lives or watch a long ad when it literally deals you a bunk hand

Once you are in +280 levels, it gets impossible to play. It freezes and you have to restart constantly

This game is very cute but has one flaw. You can’t save your progress. There’s no backup. I was leveled in the 500’s and one day “poof” all gone! I emailed the company back in October 2025. They said they would issue me a ticket to put me back where I left off. No such ticket ever arrived. They said they were having “system errors” and would send another ticket once it was back up. After that email I never heard back, even after sending them a few more emails myself. So here we, are 6 months later……still on level 1.
Keeps getting worse..
I use to love this app, one of my favorites. But I swear each update it gets worse. The newest one removed all daily completions (and to play a previous one u have to watch an ad), item sets that came from event passes are all gone which would be fine if those events didn’t cost actual money to get everything… it’s gotten bugger where many times I just get a black screen when loading a level, and I have to exit the game and reopen to fix…losing any win streaks and lives… assuming a win streak is actually even working correctly… Just feels like a scam waste of time now sadly.
Freezing
I loved this game until it kept freezing.i wish i could keep playing I was up to 426.

weird issues
i absolutely love this game but recently ive been in the middle of a match and it will freeze my screen and then it will kick me out the app and if i try to reopen the app and it makes my screen flash and i cant finish playing a game
Used to be perfect…
I played this game for hours almost daily and loved it. Everything about this game was adorable and added a level of charm other sorting games cant or wont offer. Even the menu was cute! However, after the update I’m left with an overwhelming disappointment. I’m not sure why more and more games are messing with a flawless formula and ruining a perfect product, which is what this game dev has done. The menu is now utilitarian and sterilized, mimicking other sorting games for a stripped bare look and messing with the cute theme of the game and taking a huge chunk of the charm away. There also used to be a next button once you finished a level. Now your only options are to watch an add for more coins or get dumped back into the lobby, ruining the flow for those of us that play for extended periods of time. It feels like the game devs are trying to force their players to watch more adds which always pisses me off and makes me want to dump a game out of spite for such clearly heavy handed and sleazy tactics. Im not sure who thought such a stark change that took away so much and added nothing good was a stellar idea, but they are clearly out of touch and are lacking in the creative department.
Needs more updates
I’ve had this game off and on for a few years. In the past, it would have bugs so bad it locked my phone up, but it seems those issues are recently resolved. Unfortunately, once you unlock all of the stores, there is no new content. Earning coins no longer have purpose. There are even 2 locks on the menu screen that seemingly do not unlock (I’m level 205). Hopefully there will be more content in the future besides an icon set behind a paywall.

Doesn’t work
The game gives you levels that are physically impossible to win. Sometimes it will say “level failed” right when you start the level before you can even make any moves because it glitched or something and made the level unplayable. I had to delete the app because I can’t physically pas a level. Even with all the ads and power ups. Don’t get the app unless you want to play a few levels and then never be able to play it again.
Used to be my favorite game but…
I used to really love this game, I would open it up daily and played it religiously it really was my most favorite app of all time now however, after that update, it is now completely different and unenjoyable. From crashes, to loss of progress, to lagginess, and an extremely horrid GUI, as well as the new format, the gameplay and app is no longer the same and overall after the changes I don’t want to reach out to play the game anymore I wish it never updated it was perfect before now it’s subpar and not as fun as it used to be
Fun but excessive ads
I really enjoy this game, however, the levels are hard and require many, many LONG ads to complete. I’m talking ads that are several minutes long each. Then there are ads in between each level. The thing about this game that irritates me the most is every time my phone gets any kind of notification (which is often), it pauses the game and shows yet another ad. I’m deleting because it’s just too frustrating. I play games to relax, and this is anything but relaxing.
keeps crashing
i’ve had this game and would probably give 5 stars if it didn’t keep freezing. used to function perfectly but in the last couple months to a year suddenly it crashes every time i open it and have to restart, often in the middle of a level. also there’s no more continue gameplay button after your finish a level to go straight to the next. you have to go back to the main lobby and star a new level from there. too many loading screens and a waste of time :/

Used to be great
I gave this game a 5 star before, but these past few updates have been terrible. The new UI is complicated and too minimalistic, the old one was perfect. I bought all the past event passes and I don’t have any of the themes I PAID for, so that was a waste of money. You can’t reset the game for free anymore, it takes away one of the resets if you need it. Overall fell off. Used to be great, now I rarely play it

Love this game, have been playing in my downtime for forever it feels like, but I logged in one day, and h the e new UI is so ugly 😭 it’s giving windows 98 😭 please change it back

FIX GLITCH!!!
Please fix the glitch that doesn’t allow to pay the valmart section. I’ve had this game for a long time and it’s one of my favorites, but every time y’all do an update something gets messed. I really enjoyed thing games before all these updates. Sometimes simple is better. Please fix the glitches so I can enjoy my game again!
Favorite game ever
I've played this for many years. I love it so so so much
Used to be my FAVORITE game app — BUT
I used to play this religiously everyday. To the point I would run out of levels and wait for the next level app update. My thumbs would ache all the time because I was so hyper fixated. But I stopped playing due to the new update. The app UI and graphics look off now. It looks like a copycat version of the old look. The app is laggy too Joe and runs more slow than the original. The game feels money hungry now. To start the next level you need to watch an ad, which previously I paid for no ads so I feel like I wasted my money there. There used to be unlimited resets: but now you have to watch an ad to reset each time. If you want to skip an ad the game has a “skip ad” button feature that you can purchase multiple buttons packages: which seems money hungry. A game that was so simple and easy to play, now just feels money hungry company trying to make extra bucks where they can. It’s just unplayable now, as the buildup of little inconveniences doesn’t make it worth it and I rather play a game where I can pay for no ads and not get any. Or atleast there are games where you purchase “no ads”, where there is a video option to earn something it bypasses the video and you get the reward anyway (you know since you paid the no ad premium). I love the app and I hope and wish it could go back to the original before the stupid update. I will be playing other app games.

Favorite!!
I absolutely love this sorting game. I have played just about every one of these that you see an ads and for some reason this one was my favorite. There are no bright or flashing colors & the music isn’t too annoying (you can turn it off if you like) plus the ads are not intrusive. I will say I finally went ahead and paid for no ads because I eventually didn’t want to sit through even the very few that I was required to watch. It was well worth the money. ***BUT- I recently bought a new iPhone and it automatically updated to iOS, iOS 26 and this game unfortunately does not seem to be working on that system.*** There is no update for the game, so I am glad that I still have it downloaded on my old device to play whenever I want. Hopefully the developers will fix the bug.

Since the update a week ago, they have removed the option to replay previous levels and reset all the daily reward levels to zero. The game design also looks really janky now and even the sound effects have changed.
Almost perfect…
I have had this game for awhile and I love it very dearly, I have purchased no ads and continue to play almost daily. The only thing that makes this not a 5 star review is that when I open the app and go to play a match it randomly crashes and closes the app entirely. This happens multiple times until it decides to work and I’m able to play normally. I hope this issue can get resolved in the future but until then I will keep on playing this almost perfect game :)
Fun but…
I wish the ad-inside the game wasn’t an anti & random generated. I have the sounds and haptics turned off, but the random audio that blasts out at random for the ads can’t be turned off. Also, being able to get new shop and items are fun but then there’s only 6 and no more.
Fun game, buggy mess
I’ve played this game for a few months now. Due to a previous glitch that made it impossible to go the main menu between levels, I was able to skip a bunch. I’m not sure if it’s the new update or because I’m on a later level(400+), but there’s a bug that ends the game despite there being open spaces. This game is extremely fun but now the bugs are making it borderline unplayable.

Sometimes the pop up menus advertising boosts or bundles won't have an X button to close it so I gave to close the app and restart. My game has also been laggy and will randomly freeze which disrupts your combos and the gameplay. Super frustrating since I really did enjoy this game until it recently atarted acting like this.

I’ve been level 2465 so many times, and yet, when I try to go to level 2466, I’m always booted back to level 2465. Please fix this issue, I cannot progress forward.

Crashing issues
I absolutely love this game. I’ve been playing it fairly close to when it came out! Recently, after the newest update, it seems to constantly crash during gameplay so i can never get through the entire level. I am currently stuck constantly crashing during level 2205 😔.
Bug
Since the last update, I have issues with the app crashing and freezing. Otherwise it’s a very fun game. Hoping these bugs will be addressed soon.
Don’t like hearts update
This game is very fun but the hearts update was not a good addition to this game. I used to play consistently for hours but now I only play a few minutes a day. In other words, this game has become way less fun with the new hearts and me and other users would definitely appreciate it if you got rid of them.
Needs More Levels?

emotional support game
i’ve never played a game and was so addicted to it in my life. It’s absolutely perfect and i’m now emotionally attached to it.
Needed help, never got it
I’ve been playing this game for over a year, and I suddenly had unfixable problems. I messaged support a while ago and they still have never replied. I tried contacting Apple Support the problem was so bad, and they tried helping, but said the only way to fix things completely was to contact Supermarket Sort. It’s been over a month.
A lot of fun but there are minor bugs here and there
I’m pretty hooked on it but the recent update giving us hearts keeps me from continuing constant plays, but it forces me to take a break which isn’t a bad thing. I’ve been noticing a lot of minor bugs more recently though, after an ad my music cuts off majority of the time now. Then sometimes after a round and I move onto the next there might be a bug that stops me from moving anything so I’ll have to exit the game or clicking refresh buttons will refresh but nothing else moves which wastes a heart now. I’ve also been experiencing constantly being stuck on one round even after I am done everything and timer continues which doesn’t log me finishing so it forces me to repeat the same round again and this happens almost every other round which is annoying when I’m on airplane mode flying on an actual plane which is when I want to play it the most.

game was very fun but now there’s a limit to how many you can lose you can only play and i can’t play without wifi now. it also took away all of my boosts i had 14 of the wands and now i only have 3 i never used them and its happened with all the boosts what happened why’d it change so much it’s not as fun anymore.

hi!!! i got this game a whillleee ago and it’s actually one of my favorites! i got back into it recently and obviously it has a way too many ads (which is not at all surprising) but some of the ads take me to those virus scam websites? not only that, sometimes it’ll play a really loud beep that goes along with those websites? (doesn’t open the site but plays kinda like if i was playing music if that makes sense). im just wondering if you all could take a look into that? i really do love this game it just kinda bothers me a bit haha sorry for the yap sesh but i thought you all should know 😇 thanks!
