On tracking , medication is seen in nearest hub from last 2 days but not able to deliever. Help is handled by AI girl. This is not just a delayed delivery—this is a medical emergency. I placed one prepaid order on September 2 and another Cash on Delivery order on September 3 for my diabetes medications. Initially, I was given different delivery dates, then both orders were postponed to September 5. The entire day has now passed, it’s almost 10 PM, and I still haven’t received either order. What is even more frustrating is the completely inconsistent communication from your customer support. One executive promised a callback within an hour—which never happened. Another said the medicines would arrive within 30 minutes. On WhatsApp, I was told it would take 48 hours. Every interaction comes with a different promise, and every promise has been broken. When a company sells essential medicines, timely delivery is not a convenience—it’s a responsibility. Delaying medication for a diabetic patient and repeatedly giving false assurances is unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in customer care. I expect my orders to be delivered immediately along with an official explanation for this unacceptable experience. Delivery issue
This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an order, but you cancelled it without any proper reason. When I contacted customer care, I was told that the delivery partner tried to contact me three times, but I was unreachable, and therefore the order was cancelled. However, I did not receive a single call or message from the delivery partner, nor did anyone come to my house for the delivery. I had ordered medicines, not clothes. After waiting for 7 days, I now have to place the order again because of your poor service and negligence. This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my valuable time. This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I strongly request everyone not to shop from this company because of its poor customer service and unreliable delivery system. Very poor service and a very disappointing experience.
Great app idea
Provide substitute tablet with suggest by doctor because before confirming the order call you have purchased right substitute for right purpose. In the world of doctor and medical people charges heavily on medicine can be same treated with substitute that lower profit margin supported to customer, actually i alway have idea like this to save people money, but happy to see already been implemented. God help you and your journey to be massive success and become heart of poor people.
Worst app better not to use it
⭐ 1/5 — Worst delivery experience. Very disappointing service from Platinum RX. They kept the order pending for several days and then cancelled it after almost 10 days. If you cannot fulfil an order, you should inform the customer immediately instead of making them wait for 10 days. Extremely poor delivery management and customer experience. I would not recommend Platinum RX.

Disappointing Experience
My experience with the PlatinumRx app was extremely disappointing. The app shows a “Doctor Consultation” option, but the actual service is very poor. I tried to use the free consultation on my first day, but I could not even properly connect with a doctor. Even after booking the consultation, the doctor did not contact me on time, and there was no proper way to contact the doctor directly. I also found it difficult to understand whether the person speaking to me was actually a doctor, as the doctor’s details and identity were not clearly shown. I contacted customer care multiple times and explained the issue, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, my free consultation expired without me getting the consultation. The medicine service is also not reliable. Many generic medicines are not always available, and even when they are available, the delivery time can be very long. For a patient who needs medicines on time, this is a serious problem. Overall, the doctor consultation, customer support, and medicine delivery services were all very disappointing. I would honestly suggest spending a little more money and consulting a doctor directly rather than wasting your time with this app. Very poor service. 1/5 ⭐
