Great app, but needs a major feature update!
Plotagon Studio is great for making quick 3D videos, but it has too many scene limits. Right now, the only way to make characters walk is by picking a specific preset scene like the city street, and there is no option to make them run at all.Developers should let characters walk and run on any scene. They also need to hold props naturally, like holding a microphone while moving. Finally, adding drivable vehicles and different animals like pets, wild beasts, or sea creatures would give creators true storytelling freedom.

Nice version but the voices are a bit fast
Better Than the Original
Not a great game and not good as well. It’s better than the original in my honest opinion. In this one, you can actually have more characters in a scene, and as I mentioned about the original in my last review that it’s limited by having only two characters in a scene which really is frustrating, but in this one you can actually have more characters. You even get to have more voices there for the characters, and they actually a lot better than the original Plotagon. But aside from that, it’s really the same thing again, and it really is kind of boring because the scenes once again mostly have to be paid, and I don’t want to really waste my money on that. It’s also frustrating that just like the original, and I forgot to mention that in my last review that the characters can’t move or walk, that if they were to sit on something like a couch or whatever, they can’t stand up or anything, unless if you want it to happen, you have to add another scene, which is a big waste of my time and of course you don’t want to add a lot of scenes that are just used for no reason. I might’ve left out some more details, but that’s pretty much what I can write so far. But then again, I really don’t want anything to do with Plotagon again. 2.9/5 🙁🙁

I couldn't even make a video because I had to pick a location but I didn't even load one so I tried again and again but it still didn't work I do not recommend downloading this.
This app is good, but you need to adjust this
So i got this app and this app is good. The concern i am seeing is most app features (like adding more scenes, locations, and accessing other voices) require pro. Can you please fix this by adding some more free access to adding more scenes, locations, and accessing more voices? Thanks!
Won’t let me pick a location
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get this to work, so, I’m gonna have to stop trying until this app is updated to fix the issue on the location in the video.
Glitchy, freezes and you cannot complete project
I actually watch many YouTube videos I believe are made using this app. I have a page I would like to use this for animation videos. I paid immediately for the pro subscription. It constantly glitches, freezes, and will not allow me to make selections. I have To keep closing and opening, I once deleted out of frustration only to lose 2 hours of work. I completed one 4 minute video in two days that should have taken two hours . I have tried the email with no response, the support option here doesn’t work. How is it this app has a $10 subscription but literally doesn’t work? Have the developers left the building? I would love to use this but apparently need to unsubscribe Update: I am learning to work with this app However it is still glitchy and limited You have to focus on making short scenes that you piece together with another program When anything gets too long the app freezes It has such great potential for those unit us who want a simple animation program to tell stories I wish they would invest and update Give more background options Hair and clothing and voices This should definitely be available at pro level for $10 monthly

I like Plotagon studio because characters can emote at the same time and established shot, but I wish you could add more scenes and use the rod and Karen voices!

Its really good but if you can put the put multiple scenes in one vid would be really helpful cus maybe i can make a video for example two siblings fighting for the toilet one sibling is having an explosion the other knocking on the door gross right? If you can that will be really helpful

I was so stinking excited because I’ve always wanted to create stories but I just never seemed to find a good animating app. And I THOUGHT plotagon was that… I was having fun making this animation about a girl in middle school but I just realized.. it says only one scene and I was all “so wait the 5 scenes I made were five videos themselves!? Oh ya another thing YOU CAN ONLY DO ONE SCENE PER VID, like legit so annoying. You can only make GOOD animations if u have a subscription and it’s like going by memory 8 dollars a week!! Idk if that’s right but it’s because I haven’t played this sense I got it so idk but I think I’m right. I sincerely suggest lowering down the subscription price or just giving people atleast one chance to make a FULL video I DO NOT recommend just animate on your computer it’ll be harder to learn but much better guys

I am using this on my iPad and it does not work in landscape. Also after an hour of trying I could not include the Dialogue. Perhaps this is user error but I don’t think so. I will try this version again in a few months. Maybe it will have an update

I had a running series where I used Saul voice for the main character, and it is frankly iconic. Can you please bring that back?

PLEASE update the software to click faster!!
I pay for premium and i still have to wait 10-20 seconds after pressing ANY button. from “dialogue” to just clicking on different scenes. anything i have to click, i have to wait wait forever. at first i thought i had slow connection but my wifi is good and not being used . i turned off all my background apps and restarted my phone and the app multiple times. still would be the slowest ever. the app is great and the features are good. i would suggest allowing it to be easier to add your own photos but also being able to add WALKING scenes. not just standing there, its not as realistic. thank you for reading! i pay and i appreciate the app but i might have to unsubscribe if i have to wait to press each button and then the app crashes on me a lot, even with great connection. so it has to be a bug or software issue. game creator please address these issues cant be the only one!

I thought it would be a great app because I already have plotagon and it did start out amazing but it took a long time to load everything,but that did not bother me until I saw that for the free plan it was five plots and one scene per plot. I cannot be creative with that little! The game us way too glitchy so I did not get the pro plan. I delegated it right away.

Add some TikTok text to speech voices, please, like some more ElevenLabs voices some Microsoft Azure voices, and maybe even an AI video generator portion that will make a full size movie, also add some child voices and voices with different US accents because the only US accent that there is is the standard American accent and there should be more like a southern accent, a northeastern accent a Midwestern accent and then just plain old American also add some African-American voices as well to make everybody feel represented and also make sure we can adjust the size even though the clothes will fit with sliders to make our characters, younger, taller, shorter, or whatever also add some more hairstyles, please or have us important image and then an AI can convert that image into an actual hairstyle and then we can save it along with adding hair colors as well

I downloaded this app because the original plotagon is now forcing me to watch royal kingdom ads. I used plotagon to make award winning feature films with a variety of characters. Because of the variety, I need voices. Some that don’t sound ‘human’. The original plotagon got this perfectly! It had a variety of human / non human voices. You could even change the tone of the voice! So unfortunate that plotagon studio doesn’t have such voices. The lack of diversity is a little offensive…
Great app, just one suggestion.
I have been using Plotagon for a while and just made the transition to Plotagon Studio. So far, it’s great, but I have just one suggestion: Please add back the old voices. I get this is for professional use, but the old voices, just as Rod, were simple and not as sophisticated as the new ones. I used the old voices for Caillou Gets Grounded videos, and Caillou sounds like a dumb default teen. Please add more voices, specifically the older ones.

Horrible App
I just downloaded studio after coming back to the app after a few years so I could use it creatively. I spent 2 hours on a story, even got the free trial for the Pro-Plan and was almost done with it and suddenly it said “Unable to Open Manuscript”. I restarted the app, restarted my device, and still it wouldn’t open. Stupidly, I deleted the app thinking it would save through iCloud, it didn’t. It completely deleted my project and the app even said I didn’t own the membership even though on my apple account it still said it was active. So, after working for 2 hours on a 2 minute video, it was completely lost. On top of that, while editing the video I experienced so many glitches it was insane. I had never had any of those issues using the other Plotagon app years ago. It’s disappointing seeing an app that is so unique lose quality over time. I’m so disappointed!

I have been going back and forth with the developers about Plotagon Studio and Plotagon Story and I must say it’s been very challenging to use the app. Most times the app freezes during use and I have to keep restoring the purchase or restart the app. Can you make the apps more user friendly for a better user experience please. The app is not free except for the trial period. The concept is good but the performance is very poor. Sorry!
Add a color wheel feature
Maybe you should add a color wheel feature for character creation (including the skin, hair, clothing, eye colors, etc.)

Lagging but better than previous app
It sometimes lags and glitches. But good and fast with saving. I loose sound sometimes when watching back work.
Great idea, poor execution
I have used other plotagon versions before, and the idea of being able to use more than 2 actors is amazing and it’s something i’m sure many plotagon users have wanted, i know i have. But then you put it behind a subscription paywall. It’s ridiculous, the more than 2 actors thing is the main selling point of the app to previous plotagon users, and you make me pay for it, at least make the 3 actors option free if none of the others. Not to mention the fact that i’m only allowed to have 5 free saved scenes and i have to pay to make more. Not even the plotagon story app does this! It just screams desperate cashgrab! Why don’t you just make the whole app a subscription based thing like the PC app, since that’s basically what you’re doing right now.
