My ticket disappeared
My ticket disappeared from the app. I tried to refresh the app, delete and reinstall the app but to no avail.
Pretty seamless
When this app works it is a smooth and simple way to fly. With every update it gets better. Being able to get digital tickets now is a big plus!
Hassle
The app is a real hassle for anyone going to one or two concerts a season. You don’t get your tickets right away, you have to remember (or reset) your password, and to share a ticket with someone that person also has to download the app. Why can’t you just send tickets via email?
So tired of needing a separate app for every stupid thing!

Absurd to require the app
It is absolute madness to require downloading an app to access your tickets, rather than sending them via email or allowing access via your account. This is likely my last trip to Ravinia as a result. I enjoy the venue but the customer service is horrendous.
Purchase attempt
Although I filled out all the information, clicking "Complete" doesn't take any action nor does it produce an error. It warns you not to hit on the button more than once. Perhaps it is because the app has this problem periodically. I did confirm that I have not been charged yet
Sucks that you have to login
Works well for storing your tickets but that’s what my Apple Wallet is for. And I hate having yet another freaking account I need to logon to. Should be able to use as a guest.
Advance in the process
Until this year you have to log on to the website . This year’s change is welcome. Tickets download to phone and accessible to app. Thank you for the upgrade . Shalom
Worst ticket app ever
Logs me out all time. Tickets didn’t show up for months. Don’t seem to be able to download tickets to my apple wallet. I am not inclined to attend future shows at Ravinia because I do not want to deal with this experience again
Keep logging in
Really, just keep me signed in or allow easier sign in upon opening the app.
APP is horrible in accepting password
Multiple attempts to log in. Multiple messages that password is in valid. I had to change it three times to get it to work

Needlessly complex
Ticket retrieval is a miserably over complex Process that is needless.
Poor experience
Creating an account just to share tickets? Poor experience. No obvious way to add shared tickets to your phone’s wallet? Poor experience. Tons of marketing email options? Poor experience.
Not very useful
It is frustrating that tickets and early entry passes cannot be pulled up together, and that only tickets can be added to a digital wallet. It’s also disappointing that rather than having functionality within the app, almost every feature is actually a link to the website.

Needs some attention to usability and UX
The app looks great and is an improvement over the earlier iterations , but could use an external review of usability and pathways. Once you know how to operate the app, it works, but (in my opinion) things like login, ticket wallet, and schedule should be accessible through multiple paths (Home Screen button/tile, hamburger menu item, icon bar…) for single click access.
On line horror show
Buying tickets on line is an absolute horror show. I do ALL my banking etc on line and but your site is easily the most difficult to navigate.
Could Be Loads Better
Love the idea of the app but am mystified by the absence of relevant information. I should be able to go to the app and see what time parking and the gates open, for example. If we’re going to be forced to download the app and create an account just to get tickets to shows, then please make it worth our while and create an app that’s useful and easy to use (super glitchy when I try to access tickets). Also, and a bit separately, not sure I understand the rationale behind withholding tickets until the week of the show. I buy tickets on Ticketmaster and other sites and in most cases, they’re available to me immediately. That should be the case with Ravinia as well.
Extra step for tickets is cumbersome
This extra step for tickets is unnecessary and a waste of my time. Why can’t I just print out the tickets at my home or why can’t they be emailed to me when I make the purchase at home?
Only good for tickets
Everything else opens in a browser. Tickets aren’t easy either - purchased an additional ticket for a performance and it never populated in the app - had to use Apple wallet to receive. Not worth the space it took to download.

Disappointed About Ticket Distribution
I ordered and paid for tickets online and it took 28 days for Ravinia to deliver the tickets to me. I worried that I would not receive the tickets in time for the concert. Tickets were received seven days before the concert. Ravinia needs to get its act together and deliver tickets instantaneously when they are ordered and paid for by customers which is how every other venue handles ticket sales.
