Almost entirely useleas
App is always making me login and most of the time that fails. I really can only use if to check movie listings. I wish they’d fix it
Upgrade the App
You’re app could use a little upgrade. I find it annoying that it logs me out every time I switch screens or want to change my dates or seats .
Won’t save to Apple wallet
This is ridiculous that you used to be able to save tickets to Apple wallet and after the update no matter how many time you tick save nothing happens. Also incredibly annoying that you have to re log in to just look at showtimes and availability every time you change a date, time or movie.
We want more varied movies forget the multiplex!!
I want to see movies that may not be at the multiplex. Palo Alto can support this

Great App - really easy to navigate.
Need to login every time
Does not retain session information. What’s the point of registering an account with the app if I need to login every single time I open the app. It is literally no more useful than just using the website.
Good Design, Bad Functionality
Redesign looks great, but i have to LOG IN THOUSANDS of times, even after i log into the app initially. Who wants to log in seven times to browse movie times? Its a joke. I even tap the "account" tab and it shows that i'm logged in, so the additional login prompts dont make any sense. I couldn't find a way to submit feedback in-app , which is why im reviewing. The app also doesnt save my favorite theaters. So frustrating to use. Hope its fixed soon.
The Inwood
There’s only one Landmark Theatre In Dallas, so show us the dates/times of the screenings, whether popcorn machine is broken or working, and let us come enjoy a movie! Otherwise this app has no benefit!
Continued app issues
Even with the recent app refresh, most issues continue to plague this app. Constantly having to log back in any time you go from page to page is crazy. The app crashes all the time as well. It feels like someone just quickly changed the look without doing any backend improvements.

The app crashes as soon as I open it. I just use the browser instead.
Love the theater — the app is glitchy
The theater in Bethesda is fantastic. It’s definitely our go to. No IMAX or nothing fancy but comfortable and solid with a local vibe and a nice events with classic movies. The app and even the website are glitchy. It can be very difficult to purchase tickets. I have been charged, but not received the membership (two charges went through hopefully that will resolve itself) and it’s a struggle to try and purchase a ticket. I’ve tried in multiple browsers, multiple networks, and through a web browser and the mobile app.
Poor stability
Can’t recommend the app, just use the website. I set my “favorite theaters” and then they disappear in the SAME MINUTE I’m sure the devs are stretched because this is bizarrely unoptimized
Crashing
App is currently unusable, as it consistently crashes seconds after opening.
Reminders
Love the app would love to add reminders for upcoming movies.
Please fix this
I could barely log in and then I couldn’t buy tickets. Those are the two main things I want to do with the app.
Buggy App
This app is really buggy. Most of the time, it’ll kick me out of a reservation when I’m in the middle of checking out, and when I go back go select my seats, they’re “unavailable” since they were reserved for me while I was initially checking out. So I have to wait 8 minutes to try and get the seats I want… again. At least it sometimes works? I’ll just stick to the browser website instead.
Clunky app, and one big pet peeve
The app mostly feels like a Landmark Theaters web browser than a dedicated app in its own right, but on the whole it’s not horrible. One huuuge annoyance, however, and it’s related to the loyalty program: Landmark will send you a voucher once you reach a certain points total, but if you end up spending only part of that balance in one transaction, it doesn’t let you redeem the rest of the balance later. This is despite the fact that it will still tell you the voucher has a remaining balance on it, and the app will subtract that balance from your total if you try to check out with it, but then Landmark will refuse to finish processing the order. Cheapskate move to pull on your loyalty members for $4, IMO.
What a joke!
I was excited to join their loyalty program and once I paid the $22.10 fee and downloaded the app, it crashes within 2 seconds. Looks like this has been an ongoing problem for the past few months based on others’ reviews, but there doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency by the company to rectify the problem. Well, at least I now have a sense of expectation on what my first movie-going experience is going to be like (i.e., keep them subterranean).
Please fix the bugs!
When this app works, it’s great. But it can be really glitchy, and it’s especially frustrating how long it takes for expired rewards to be removed from the app. More than once I’ve brought up a reward only for the theater employee to scan it and tell me it’s expired. Please fix these bugs and make it easier to see current offerings!

App closes 2 seconds after opening. Can’t even use it
App quits after two seconds
Every time I launch the app it quits after two seconds. I have deleted the app performed a hard reboot, and downloaded the app with the same non-results app was great when I just used it to check movie times and book tickets. I joined the loyalty program and paid $20 and the app has not worked since then. iPhone 14 Pro iOS 26.3.1
Unusable in 2026
App just crashes if you try to load your account. Which defeats the whole purpose of using the landmark app instead of fandango.
