Every time i try making one in the first place it says “incorrect email and or password” or something like that even though i have never made an account. This happened last time i tried making an account over 2 months ago. I just want to make an account. And i know its not me in fault because i know my passwords.

Il faut déjà avoir un compte via web pour se connecter sur l’app, qui je précise n’est pas une app de gestion mais de visualisation des statistiques. Elle est plutôt bonne et permet de recevoir des notifs à chaque vente ce qui est indispensable, mais il manque peut être des choses à rajouter, et à moderniser le design, surtout sur le site web. À part ça tout est très bien et pratique.
Payhip Is Great, This App Is Not
I love Payhip and have used it to sell ebooks and print books for awhile now. I was shocked to see they had an app so of course I jumped on it. My thought was I could work on projects on the go. Maybe list a new product, post a blog or send an email to my subscribers. You’d think that would be the focus and you’d be wrong. It’s just a notification and sales tracking tool. That’s it. Nothing else. Developers, you do know that we get or can set email notifications already? And our payment processors have the same thing. This tool is redundant. I want to like it, believe me, and that is why I gave it one more star than it’s worth. Payhip is an excellent platform to set up your direct sales storefront. This app is merely an extra app not worth the extra storage on a smartphone. I hope they update this app and include more functionality beyond this. I’ll gladly change my rating then.
Needs major improvements
Always double notifies you of Sales and doesn’t have much functionality. Need to be able to add discounts, and do more than track sales

This app is horrible I finished my store added all of my products and all of a sudden my store deletes itself after I setup everything and was selling
Why?
Why can’t we make changes, add products, or make payments on this app? What use is this for if you can’t make any types of changes on it other than to JUST SEE how much money you’re making and customers. I do like the platform, I wish you guys would make a better app.
What people want.
I’m about 99% sure people just want to be able to complete necessary tasks on the Go. No one wants to open their 400 tab safari browser to complete approvals or make important adjustments to products & so on. If this is something in the works, I think you should maybe announce that IN THE APP because the bad reviews will keep coming. The app is pretty useless for anyone trying to Coach people. I’m giving a 3 because your service is a life saver for startup companies, but this app has to have an announcement of change at the very least. Even if you don’t intend to, which you absolutely shouldn’t ignore, it will benefit you in the long run.

Why can’t I download the app
Does Not Meet Expectations
I thought I would have more capabilities on the app. I’m grateful to see the sales & analytics but it would be great to be able to add products from my phone or tablet when on the go.
Fix
It is my first time trying out this app because a couple of editors recommended it to me, but there is a problem with the app when I try to sign in with my current email, it says incorrect email or password combination so I thought there a way I can create a new account so I look for the button in the sign-up screen but I don’t see a button saying “don’t have a account?”
Can’t see my prducts
I might be expecting more from this app than was designed for but I can’t see my products at all. The only data it displays is transaction summaries ( not that I have ever had one)

This app doesn’t give any traffic insights, no data. Only the sale of the day. I love Payhip but not the app.
Not sure how useful this app is
I like Payhip as a service and will continue to use it, but the app is annoying. When I make a sale it seems to notify me every 30 minutes for that same sale, idk why it won’t just do it once. Also you can’t do much in the app besides view sales. Would be nice to be able to mark something as shipped from the app
Great things take time.
This application when I started using it very buggy. But you should give it a try again it’s a new application it’s works very well the matrix needs to learn great things take time.🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😎😎😎🥰🥰🥰

Can’t really do much but look at revenue we should be able to customize our website on the app instead of doing it on a website
Limited
The app and website in total are still in their early days of functionality. While I do appreciate that their customer service is amazing and they really are trying their best, the app shows very limited sales information only (no other features like on the website) and glitches on a weekly basis. I know the team is working on improvements, however had I known they had so much more development to go to be competitive with other brands I would have tried another one. Keep working on it team and I hope you catch up soon!
Please add more features
I have full confidence that this app will continue to improve over time. I am pleased with how I can easily view my stats directly on the app without having to navigate through my website on a browser.
Like.. what
Everything the browser has this does not have. You got like 1 button to check order stats. U can edit your store u cant do anything but click that single button 😭 this is so trash it’s funny
Buggy at best
I can’t give a full review since the app will not let me sign in. I have tried for several days now and it still won’t let me. If this gets fixed I would be willing to try again.
Waste of space
This app is a complete waste of time and space. It does nothing. Would be nice to actually view and make changes to website.

This app is a waste of time and production. It does absolutely nothing. Only can see your sales but nothing else.
