TOP NOTCH
People the big brand capitalist have had us all duped for years OVERpaying for everything. There’s no reason for a Milwaukee $4500 presstool when I got one just as good here on VEVOR…….im tired of giving all my money away to these big brands who just overcharge for everything…….mutiple Items purchased thru VEVOR and let me tell you there’s no difference between my Milwaukee PressTool and the VEVOR PressTool except the WAD money left in my acct. Oh ya the Nitrogen 60 I paid $350 for in town from supply house is half the price and the $300 recovery tank here is less than $100 and guess what when I go to get more nitrogen it’s exchanged so I never keep a bottle even if it is new……do ya FTW, Milwaukee and many others and long live VEVOR.
Navigating site difficulty
Something is simple as trying to find a tab on the homepage for returning. I cannot find after 10 minutes so I’m gonna have to ask one of your AI people.

Ordered 4 boats seats received 2 other 2 lost in shipping waiting on refund so I can get other two reordered really need those to go enjoy my boat hope they get them out to me soon

Just with regards to the app and its function, nothing To do with the products/prices/quality/shipping/etc. it’s very difficult to use. Everything is very inaccurate, filters are especially irrelevant or broken or whatever the term may be, no matter what I’ve typed into search, none of it shows results. Just terribly challenging. But if you’re lucky enough to see what you needed on the website then from that point forward I’d give 5 stars.
More than expected
Product has become to be one of the best in sales of products in my opinion. Among the heavy hitters in the business. (Won’t name tag) but I have purchased a great many products from said businesses in the pass and VEVOR brand products are indeed on my list as a fan favorite product for sure. I hope VEVOR stays the same in services and affordable products. Perhaps the other big box stores need to take notes. Even think about how they had the same valuable asset to wit was the most important in sales , the affordable products that everyone can purchase. That’s what keeps everyone happy and buying more. Not because it last for 10 minutes then brakes. VEVOR is stepping up and making changes. 😁👍
63cc weedeater
Bought the 63 cc weedeater thinking it was gonna be great well to my behold, it is not worth the money. It fell apart with a five minutes of me using and now it’s been almost a week and I have heard nothing but we were resolved the problem soon and I’m getting very tired of hearing that, so if you’re gonna buy something doublecheck before you do because their customer service is not that great.

Free shipping said but IT IS NOT! Let’s payment process to take place and THEN…Adds $70 PER ITEM for shipping! Customer service is awful period! Won’t shop with them and I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS!

Have always seen but…
Never really thought twice about it, until I saw something I could use for my business and that more or less opened the floodgates. A wide range of products with a lot to look at. I have since getting the app made 2 purchases and received 1, the quality so far seems to be there. I do enjoy browsing and looking at all the stuff they have. Also keep in mind, the moment you buy something that same product will more then likely go on sale the very next day. So sales seem to be targeted by the purchases you make. The size of the purchase determines how big the sale will be. But all in all I say finding this company has been a benefit for me.

Annoying issue
Love this business, but the autoplay on their videos playing in the app are so annoying. Cutting music I listen all the time. I always shop when chilling listening to music, and then I stop using the app because it keeps cutting my songs. Please solve this bug it’s been going on the past 6 months.

I bought a metal shelves from their web. The item comes as a Joke. Small like toy! ‼️ definitely not the side web described. After I contact with customer service. They let me wait 1-2 business days. I did. Then never get any update from them. Then I contact again. The APP like died stay with same customer service person whatever what u type. No response no any update. Then I change to another way to ask return the item. Then never get any update. They keep sending email which I sent for ask return. Do not order from this web. Totally scam. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️.
I have still and a lawn mower lift from this company
I have found them responsive, the still Is great (though suggesting a water pump might have been awesome) My issue was with a lawn mower lift. And an unfortunate essential part (the bearing) that didn’t fit. They have given me a service ticket even though I didn’t purchase from their website (Lowe’s). With luck a solution might be presented!! I am optimistic.

Multi tool kit
I have everything put together and it cranked and ran perfectly. The only downside I have saw so far. Is that it is heavy. I wanted heavy duty because of what I would be doing with it so for the size Motor you expect it to be a little heavy. If I was just using it around the yard I would probably recommend going with one of the smaller sizes because I’m sure it would still do your. Things you need done but just a lot lighter. Still an excellent by for the money. I bought the extended warranty just in case I had problems just in case I had problems down the line, but I hope I never have to use it lol

J’ai acheter un item chez Vevor. Dans l’heure qui suis je trouve le même article 20-25$ meilleur marché sur amazon. Identique Vevor , même modèle, même année. Je communique avec le service à la clientèle pour un simple ajustement de prix. Après tout, je suis un fidèle client et quand je dit fidèle… depuis plusieurs années je vente les produits Vevor. Je vous ai trouvé plusieurs nouveaux clients et sans meme réclamer quoique ce soit. Alors, pour un ajustement de prix de 25$ qui de toute façon vous serait revenu puisque depuis plus de trois ans je me fournit avec les produits Vevor! L’homme qui a traité ma demande ne m’a jamais écouté. Tout ce qu’il ma dit c’est que ce sont des techniques de marketing et je ne peux rien faire pour toi… fin de la discussion! Je peux énumérer tout ce que je vous ai acheté à présent et ca dépasse facilement 10 000$ et les projets continue. J’adore Vevor et je compte être en affaires avec vous pour le moment. Mais 25$ …! Great product, irritating app
Auto play videos at full sound while scrolling. You can’t turn that off. Decent product (I’ve got a couple things), terrible app, which I’ve deleted. Unfortunate, as the less I can look at the app, the less likely I am to buy more of their stuff. Indirectly killing their customers with annoying videos and sound 🤷♀️
