I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS
I found their products by ordering shipping boxes on Amazon which had their website printed. NOW I’m a loyal customer on their website.
terrible place to purchase things
i have never had this much trouble buying something like not once have i EVER had to pick out my own tax jurisdiction. who the hell even knows what that means i literally asked my mom and she didn’t even know like no app has ever made me do that. also i think it’s dumb how it makes you go into the website to add your payment method and then it fails to update in the app so you have to refresh it and go through all of it again. then when it asks for your user id it was confusing until i realized its just your email like why not just phrase it differently so that it’s not confusing??
New glitches
It's a bit glitchy. It could be easier to use.
The app sucks
I love Grainger, but I hate the app. It’s trash. Grainger.com in a browser is a superior ordering experience.
Great job everyone!
A very excellent place to get your stuff. I’ve gotten some ropes and a lot of gloves and even a jack for my truck from these folks. I’m pretty sure they have it all. As a guy that has to get some work done, I give this place my official seal of certification.
Search doesn’t work
When I use the search in the app it doesn’t come up with any results. If i google search, it will direct me to back to the app and then show up
CANT FIND IT
IT HARD TO FIND ITEMS UNLESDS YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW IT IS WRITTREN IN YOUR CATALOG.
Apps is glitchy when checking out.
The app will not allow me to change who approves my order.
Fast delivery
We found out that the delivery will sometime arrive on the same day that we order the parts.
Un Useable
Love Grainger but the app is horrendous. Search engine is the worst of all major players. If you do not type in exactly the correct name of what you are looking for, good luck. Often times you have to just use google to find what you are looking for. Very frustrating to use
Lousy details
It’s extremely hard on both the app and the website to find the accessories to go along with the main items that you sell in other words a plug that fits a solenoid valve or a cord that goes onto an appliance everything is difficult
Graingee.
Excellent.
Good product
Grainger always have good products. Good service least I’ve always received good service
The app and website are broken.
I used to buy 90% of my materials and tools from them but over the last month the quality of the app and website has dropped significantly. I now avoid it as much as possible.
Unable to enter po information
The Grainger app is kinda ok and whoever develops the app, does not put themselves to use it. Lack of common sense and communication to the actual user
Description shy
App is easy to use description of hardware sometimes a bit shy in details. I would love to see Apple Pay just double click and you’re done.
This is clumsy
What happened to MY recent orders and or reorders????? I don’t need to seem what the entire Midwest ordered
Was much better
Used to be much better. Now every field you enter has to be processed before the next one. I assume it has to talk to the cloud. Would be much better if I could fill in all the fields I need to and then hit send instead of waiting in between every click for it to talk to the server.
Owner
Easy to use. Easy to work with.
Cart FAIL. Cart empties. Can’t use.
Cart FAIL. Cart empties. Can’t use. Cart spontaneously empties making the app impossible to use.
For the ones who get it done!
Unbelievable service excellence! Grainger has become the sharpest tool in my toolbox!
Not users friendly
This app is like stepping back into the early 2000!
Easy to navigate and order
The user interface and search engine are both very good and easy to navigate. Finding products and ordering are very easy.
Technician
Changed user name to email without notification. Would rather NoT use email, this; in my opinion is a security risk, WWG has handed out half of the access information, now all they need to access our accounts is the password which can be found by forwarding the email to a ghost account/phone doing two factor ID and selecting change password.
Alaska team
Great employees at Grainger in Anchorage Alaska
Can't view invoices
As a mobile technician, I access grainger using my phone and there isn't a way as far as I'm aware to view invoices in the app you have to use the actual website. The problem is when you try to use a web browser on the phone iPhone specifically it automatically launches the app. So I'm uninstalling this so I can actually use the website.
