Love the membership!
Joining the Amalfi Reserve Membership on the app has been such a great experience. The 24/7 concierge works great whenever I need some extra help during my busy schedule, especially when it comes to booking reservations, flights, etc. I really enjoy how the app offers various suggestions for places to stay and eat, exclusive events for the members and more. I would definitely recommend the membership and app for everyone!
Waste of time - all automated responses
All the contact for quotes and bookings is automated and what seems to be AI. Not sure if I ever spoke to anyone but tried to book a few times or at least get quotes and ever heard back from. Done waste your time.
Did not get Back to me.
I currently fly every other weekend to our place In Florida. Submitted for a quote since I have seen the social media post online. Seems like a great company. Not sure why no one responded or even send an email with any sort of response.
Best Decision I’ve Ever Made!
Great app, changed the way I book with Amalfi. Easy, modern, seamless…perfect!
Non-responsive
Cool concept, but to book you have to submit a request that turns into an email and they are 100% non-responsive to email.
Go Josh and Colin!
Will probably never buy a private jet but downloaded because Josh , woohoo! Should totally invite me out to the office though😎
Can’t set up an account
I tried to set up an account and it won’t go through. I contacted them through email and was told someone would get back to me and nothing happened. When you are talking about issues with a company and can’t get resolution that’s a problem for a premium service. I did not have this problem with two of the other premium flight app account setups.
Bring the boy Josh back Colin
Love Josh & Colin …! Greatest soap opera ever. Love the skits
False information
I was told they would respond quickly and in under 15 minutes, it took three hours to get a response.
Josh made me do it
Josh got me to sign up
Too expensive
I booked with them for a private charter through New York to dc and not only did they cancel my charter they haven’t refunded me yet
Amalfi Jets App
App is great! Easy to find where to book flights, hotels, etc.
Important
BRING JOSH BACK
Great App
Been a long term client with Amalfi and recently downloaded the app. Super easy to use tinterface and it is nice to be able ot book flights and chat with their team all together
Don’t Respond at All
Reached out multiple times to no response. On all social media they praise themselves for having “fast response time”. So disappointing.
User friendly design
Great user friendly design to access on demand charters, empty legs, and review my membership balance. Super easy to use and friendly representatives during booking!
Scam
If you’re here from their social media pages, this app and company is a scam! Do not subscribe!
This is awesome!
I’m exited to see that private flights are now available to the public. This app is sleek and cool.
Will not respond
There is no customer service and I’m not able to unsubscribe. I have to cancel my credit card.
Easy way to find empty leg flights
I occasionally travel private and was looking for an application that provided me discounts an fair pricing on empty leg flights. I have booked with Amalfi Jets in the past but this time I got to try out their app. I just chatted with concierge through the app and I am excited to book everything through the app now. Hands down the best service and best platform for finding empty leg flights!
TOTAL SCAM
If your really looking for a good jets broker try XO, if your actually looking to get hours on a jet program try out Vistajet or Netjets. They make up all fake calls on social media. If you’re looking for just a concerge service then get Quintessentially, apply for Atlas credit card or get Amex Platinum / Centurion. All the services they are booking are rubbish and terrible. Just to fool first time clients who have never experienced any type of Concerege or Private jet brokerage service
