i have used them three times and all have been terrible the latest stranded is in costa rica and set us back 56k due to in ability to deliver the absolute worst experience. don’t ever use them
Ways to fix.
Love the XO experience but the app needs a My Trips iOS widget. Right now the widget just shows random featured flights instead of my actual bookings — that’s a missed opportunity. Would love to see my next flight, route, date and countdown timer on my home screen. Competitors will build this first if XO doesn’t. Simple change, big impact for members

Ребята, верните взад вид шаттлов. Теперь календарь превратился в шум: сплошные цифры, не понятно где пендинг шаттл, где что. Верните календарь с точечками
App hard to navigate
This is extremely convenient when you need to get to a place quickly but the app is extremely difficult to navigate. You select departure and destination airports and you get a bunch of prices on a bunch of days. When you select one both the destination and departure airports are completely different, sometimes 50 miles from your originally selected airport . I wish they would stop that.
Fast and Intuitive
Love how easy the XO app is to use and being able to compare flight options quickly. Huge bonus to be able to manage everything in one place. Highly recommend!
Pointless app now that they make you call
Used to be a great way to get a price idea for a private charter. Now they make you call them to get a price instead of completing it in the app, making the app pointless. Now I use Yond to get price quotes which is much more clunky than the old XO app but at least I can get the info I need without having to call someone.

انا ماجربته الحقيقه لكن حملته ودخلت لقيته باللغه الانقليزيه كله اول ماشفته كذا طلعت من البرنامج اتمنى ان يضيفون اللغه العربيه لخدمة الطرف الثاني وشكرا .

Господа, я клиент сервиса, почему нет русского языка и где вылеты из Москвы ?? Народу же много летит, нужно как то упростить групповые чартеры - клиентов будет больше.

I fly the New York to South Florida route often, I show up 30 minutes before the flight to the FBO, am escorted to a private jet and always have a terrific experience with fellow XO flyers. Super valuable service, efficient and assessable.

We had a flight where the plane never arrived. Customer service told us the plane was there. They did nothing for us. Basically they made us wait another day to fly out. Private flying this expensive should have a lot better customer service

Upfront payment of 5000USD and an annual fee of 11000USD
For people that fly regularly first class this might be an option. Or as an alternative to other private jet options. If the company is legitimate...

Marketing push notifications can’t be turned off
There is no way in the app to turn off marketing push notifications so prepare yourself to be inundated with ads. Turning off push notifications all together is also a non-starter since you need them to snag a seat on a flight. i’ve even attempted to contact the company about this issue but received no response.
