Palais des Doges
L’Audioguide en Français est bien audible. Il nous a permis de nous passer de la location. La visite du Palais est facilitée et bien documentée. Même si quelques passages sont difficiles à trouver, nous avons réussi à faire tout le parcours.
Cannot get the audio guide to load

Dodge Palace audio guide
*TIP* - join the free WiFi provided by the Dodge Palace and follow instructions on the board telling you how to download the audio guide to your smartphone! Yes, as others have said, the app audio did stop 3 or 4 times, but as I followed instructions and downloaded the guide, I was able to find the room in the app and resume the audio tour. The building was well worth the money for the tour and the audio guide was very good in my opinion (despite the annoying minor bugs)! Hopefully others reading this review will download the audio guide and enjoy the experience :-)
Dommage
Voix monocorde (IA) avec des bugs de lecture et informations descriptives sans savoir donner de vie au chefs d’œuvres visibles lors de la visite.
Pratique malgré les bugs
L’appli est top pour suivre nos visites. Petit bug cependant dès que l’app passe en veille et qu’on la réactive, cela baisse le niveau des écouteurs (AirPod et iPhone e 16e utilisé). Dommage on galère à chaque fois à remettre le son. Idem, il manque un « retour » vers la salle précédente en cas de mauvais clic ou si on se perd dans le musée!

Lost Cause
Very very unfortunate, it is a shame everyone thinks they need an app now adays because it doesn’t work! It will close and pause, there is no wifi throughout although claiming so. Does not point out features just starts at random for each room. Unable to follow.
Fabulous Artifacts
While the artifacts are fantastic The layout of the museum is confusing, and I didn’t get to hear all of the explanations because the numbers weren’t matching up with the rooms that I was in having to re-trace steps to get out and then seeing some more art which was fantastic as well seeing art from the first century was really really amazing recommend but don’t expect to be told where to go or how to get there. Asking question except for exit was difficult to get answers
Un scandale
Cette application est nécessaire pour accéder aux fonctions AudioGuide lors de la visite de certains musées à Venise, notamment le palais des doges. Le contenu doit être acheté pour 5€. Eh bien pour ce prix-là on a droit à une voix de synthèse, un rythme de lecture pas du tout adapté à une visite, une application qui doit redémarrer au complet à chaque interruption (p.ex pour prendre une photo), et summum de la bêtise, qui limite le volume du casque à un niveau absurdement faible, de sorte que vous n’entendrez plus rien dès que passe un guide et son troupeau.
Des corrections à faire
Une voix IA monocorde dépourvue de chaleur dommage...avec forcément des erreurs de lecture qui nuisent à la compréhension ou font beaucoup rire ! Des bugs de son.... pénibles ! Impossible de garder l'appli ouverte lorsqu'on veut prendre une photo ou lire un message ... des défauts à corriger au plus vite..
Audio guide Muve parfait
Facile d’utilisation il y a juste a scanner les qrcode a l’arrivée a chaque musé pour charger l’audio guide bien fait .. le guidage et les informations transmises sont très bien faite et en plusieurs langues une paire d’écouteurs Bluetooth et c’est partie pour un bon moment dans le musée de votre choix. Merci pour cette application gratuite et tres tres bien faite
total scam, but a true Venetian experience?
I installed this app as part of the doge palace tour. You would have expected a 5 euro guide will give you a device or sth interactive. But no it just unlocked the content on your phone for 24 hours and you can’t revisit it either. That being said thou, being scammed by Venetian is part of the experience visiting Venice so for that I give it a 1 star instead of 0.

Poorly designed
The idea of your Audio guide on your phone is a very nice idea. However, the design is terrible. It’s laggy, the voices are very cheap robotic/AI voices. The App never remembers where you stopped last once your left the app (for example taking a picture) The guide has potential but went completely past their potential.
Quelques améliorations simples à mettre en œuvre
Dans l’ensemble l’application fait le job. Voici quelques axes d’amélioration : sur iPhone, il y a un bogue de réglage de volume, ce dernier est réinitialisé quand on sort et qu’on retourne dans l’application avec la lecture en cours ; il manque la vitesse de lecture 1,5x (dommage car ça me semble être le bon compris pour le Palais des Doges en français) ; il manque l’intégration iOS pour pouvoir faire précédent ou suivant sans être dans l’application.

Totally useless
Paid for the audio tour but the app had so many bugs and issues I couldn’t use it. I tried to get a refund from the office I purchased it but they gave me the run around and a customer support email that never returned my complaint. You should avoid.
Can’t go back to previous rooms on tour app
The content was very good but I couldn’t figure out how to navigate back to a previous room in the order. I missed a couple of rooms due to walking incorrectly.
Works well
The app works well despite a few issues. I appreciate that it’s included in the price of the museum visit and it did enhance my visit to these Venetian museums.
Totally useless app
We paid for the audio guide which only opened access to content for 90 minutes. You are supposed to move through the large museum with the speed dictated by the app which delivers dense information in a very dry computer generated voice. The guide is constantly restarting throwing you back to the very beginning, especially if you hit pause just to take a closer look at something or work your way around other tourists. We gave up after struggling with this app for about 15 min.

Don’t bother
Honestly not only one of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use but one of the most useless content-wise. The app refused to download the content despite multiple attempts probably because there is no WiFi onsite and cellular service is limited at best. The “audio guide” is a computer read script that might suit students of art history but the average tourist will find it HIDEOUSLY too long and detailed about the allegories in each and every artwork in the palace. That combined with the lack of proper enunciation or pronunciation makes it frustrating at the very best. Save your money and read the signs in each room.
Easy to use
Usually apps for tours are mediocre at best. This loaded up quick and had several ways to make an orchard for the tour and two ways to activate. Wish more museums and such would use this so.
Internet doesn’t even work
It’s not good. All the qr codes are invalid and the wi-fi didn’t work. I just deleted it after a few minutes
Excellent guide
In order to appreciate the Fortuny Museum, the audio guide is a very helpful addition to the experience for only three euros, which is a bargain.
AI voice audio guide
The app is quite buggy with the volume control not working half the time. Additionally, the audio guide voice is an AI generated bot. The emotionless and mundane voice put you to sleep. Imagine someone reading a dense textbook in monotone. This is what the app experience is like. After the 4th track, I gave up and just read the signs and captions at each stop, which made for a much more enjoyable experience. I would not recommend.

Far too quiet
Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before getting the audio guide for myself and my kids. It is far too quiet to even hear, and the vast majority of the information is already written on boards scattered around. What a waste of money!
