Like it
I just don’t like the noise it makes when somebody walks by but other then that It works amazing
Sometimes works sometimes not!
The ads can get out of control. The video jumps on and off.
No la entiendo bien
Para guardar grabaciones siempre pide que pagues! No hay nada que sea gratuito??
Excelent security system
Easy to install. Works amazingly well for the price!
Adds wont leave screen
Cant view covered area anymore because theese adds take up whole screen with no option to click to remove them
Buena app
funciona muy bien
Constant ad nagging
I paid for hardware, I don’t want a cloud service - app is constantly showing long interactive ads, disregarding mute setting ls and preventing me from looking at camera feed. At the same time simple features such as change wifi ssid seem incredibly difficult. Not the best experience.
Need to remove the adds
Need to ignore all adds because I open for emergency to see the situation of house the add makes longer it’s irritating.
Peace of mind
Very satisfied with my boykeep camera I work long hours and I have a pet that I miss so this helps me stay in contact with her whenever I’m at work . It’s really cool gives me the peace of mind I need .
Straight Buns
Not sure how this app or camera has the reviews it has. The app constantly shuts down. The camera doesn’t connect to the perfect WiFi system. Straight azz. Spend your money elsewhere
Great value of money
It’s working perfectly well, easy to installed and very sharp cameras. Recommended 💝
ADs ruin it
received this as a christmas present, and I do personally enjoy the cameras but the app is becoming unbearable. too many ads, and the app crashes frequently so it requires me to watch even more ads than usual. and it becomes a problem when i use the camera for a baby monitor with all of them as well. i dont pay for storage, but if you want to go back and look at footage they will also make you pay for that as well. not sure if its mostly all camera apps on your phone making you watch ads and pay, but i had a much more better time having just a monitor and camera to be able to watch a baby sleep on. aside from paying for storage and ads, the camera quality is very nice.
Low quality video
Pictures are not clear
Decent affordable camera
I only wanted to keep track of my pets. It gets the job done. I would recommend for checking on pets.
Trash
Hash
PTZ Control
Very touchy. Unable the adjust speed
Ads have ruined the app
App was great when I first purchased the cameras, quality and sound were great! A few months in now I can’t open the App without waiting for Ads so then I can check the cameras. Renders them useless in an emergency!!!! We paid for the cameras, don’t slap ads on your App to get even more money. Don’t waste your money and find a camera with an App that doesn’t play Ads for 10 seconds before you can see your camera streams
Overall
Good picture, quick video response, good sound, only minor glitches,… TOO DAMN MANY ADD ON ADVERTISEMENTS/POP-UPS!!!
Boy keep making good products
Great product
too many ads
i don’t want to watch an ad before i can even check on my baby.. it’s ridiculous. it never used to do this before for a whole year, but now it’s just ads before getting to see her.
Continuous issues since last update
I have my camera set on a schedule to turn off and on. Since the last update it’s hit and miss when that schedule works. And as of yesterday, the schedule doesn’t work at all. I’ve reset the camera and deleted schedules and added them again and it still doesn’t work. I’d try to get support n their site but that’s was impossible. Help??
App is a bit slow
App is a bit slow
Constantly saying offline
The camera itself is great but the app itself has way too many issues. The app will crash over and over again and will disconnect from the camera at random times. I will get notifications out of the blue which tells me it’s working again. Called customer service and it didn’t help whatsoever. Boykeep would be a good choice if not for these issues.
Atiya
I haven’t long lost my furbaby I wanted to save the video’s footage of her. I’m absolutely devastated to lose all the videos of her.
Was great now awful
These cameras have been brilliant until a few weeks ago. Before that I could log on remotely with app to check on pets at home but now Totally UNUSABLE. The app states with ads that take over and actually stop you from seeing the camera do what’s the point. I will be binning these cameras and increasing the Wansview cameras which work seamlessly. Shame as this was once great.
Boykeep indoor live Camera
Easy to install and super cute, and clear picture in video!! Definitely a keeper! Makes you feel extra safe! That you don’t miss anything in your home!
Awful
The sad part is this was a really great security system when I purchased it a year ago, but now you guys have way too many ads and the app crashes every five seconds when I go on it it’s sad when these small companies sell out and make The app worse
Me gustó 😍
Unusable
I have been using this app with 2 cameras and all has been well until over the last couple of weeks, adds now appear on start up of the app and they are not centred to the screen so you can’t close them. It’s a shame as the cameras are very good for the price.
Bien
Graba bien, aunque si no pagas no puedes ver nada anterior.
Good all around
Easy to set up . Works well
Not worth it
The camera it self is amazing quality. Sadly everything else is not worth even purchasing. If you do not subscribe to there $300 annual monitoring the camera is worthless. Which is sad as I pay a third of that for my Tapo AND Roku camera and have absolutely no issue other then they indoor cameras that will not pick up properly at night through a window. IF you choose a mo thy service it WILL NOT associate to any camera you own with them and literally there is only and email for customer service that you can contact no phone number and they respond with the same exact cookie cutter response every email you send. Sadly I have yet to get confirmation my expired yet paid for subscription has been refunded or even attempted to be fixed and had to file a complaint with consumer affairs and fraud charges on my card. I would post the screen shot so you had proof looking-through the erroneously planted fake 5 star reviews but it wont-let me. So if you ate on with paying for fake service or being harrassed with ads thecamera quality is great if not dont purchase or return asap.
Volume
Wish the volume was better to alert when pup is awake & active
Unusable
I’ve been using this app for about 3–4 months with my pet camera, and up until recently everything worked perfectly. It was reliable, easy to use, and I had no complaints. However, over the past week or two, the app has become filled with ads. As soon as I open it, I get a fullscreen advertisement. To close it, you have to tap a small “X” button in the top-right corner — but on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, that area overlaps with the system status bar (battery %, 5G, etc.) and the control centre gesture. Because of that, I literally can’t tap the button to close the ad, meaning I can’t even open the app anymore. I have a screenshot showing the issue, but unfortunately, the App Store doesn’t allow adding images to reviews. I really hope the developers fix this soon, because right now the app is unusable.
Satisfied
Good to check my puppy but the render time was an issue, got a lot of reloading time and the motion is not smooth
Love ittttt
Love ittttttttt
DON’T GET THIS APP
I use to like this app but now there’s an ad before you can look at the cameras that you have to wait for it to time out. I had an emergency and had to WAIT to see who broke into my house!!!
Works very well
Camera actually does what it says very easy to insta an and use.
Boykeep
No issue with this device when I bought it. I've been using this for more than a year but here is the problem it always displays disconnected despite 100% signal strength, apps are updated I change the adapter but after a few times it always says disconnected.
Good enough until ads
Good enough image quality and function to do what I need but after a few months of use it has started bombarding me with ads anytime I open the app. It makes it very difficult to check the feed quickly.
Review
Great cameras easy access and amazing spects for talking to one another and night vision to see what your babies are doing great product
Mucha publicidad
Hard to navigate
I find it a little bit hard to have a gate, particularly to finally item to move my camera around. I wish it was there all the time I would have to try to locate it didn’t pop up.
Doesn’t work very well
In the beginning it worked pretty well but after a few months it started getting sketchy, when I try to update it gets no better… the links to help don’t work so I’m not sure what to do.
