Ten stars!
I cannot say enough good things about five-bn. Im new to video games in general, but have always been a puzzle lover. I discovered and fell in love with escape games. When I played my first five-bn game, I was hooked. The graphics are incredibly detailed, to the point I thought they were AI. Maybe they are, lol who knows? Smooth game flow, interesting plot, and the effects aren’t in your face and annoying every time you make a click. The puzzles have a perfect level of difficulty where I find myself getting frustrated but still motivated to figure it out. I could go on and on. Im replaying all their games the second time, and when I’m done idk what I’ll do bc no other even compares!!

Bei 18% des Spiels ist das Puzzle nicht lösbar. Im walkthroughvideo sind weniger und weniger komplizierte Teile. Manche Rätsel sind für mich unlogisch. Dadurch, dass man manche Teile erst später auf den Maps sehen kann, steht man oft vor der Frage „ wohin jetzt?“ „was nu?“

I love all of these games so much, but for this first time, I abandoned this one because of the items being inaccessible until they’re immediately relevant. On to try the next one, hopefully it’s back to normal!

Great game! But can you really go back and complete collections at the end?
This is another great game by these guys! Wondering though- can you go back and complete the collections after you finish the game? It seems that you can as there is a button to do so, but when you head back into each chapter, it takes you to a part of the story where not all screens are available. It’s seems like you can’t actually complete the collections for that reason. Am I wrong? Regardless, love this game as I do all others. Keep ‘em comin’!

Impossible puzzles
Good game but a money grab on some puzzles that are impossible. Searched for walkthrough demonstrations and there were none with the same configuration. Had to buy hints.

These are a waste of time, now. Annoying, and Frustrating
The first six were really really good. The storylines, it was fun adventures, not frustrating, very easygoing. Since then they're awful. No more Hops?! Instead, you have to collect items in a certain order, or you can't pick up an item unless you have another item that has to go with it to get it. I reassembled the Juicer from being disassembled, and it's still telling me to reassemble it, when it's already reassembled. So Im stuck, or do I have to pay for the glitch the developers installed, to move on?? You decided to make everything from beginning to end of each Lost Lands from 7 to now 11, to be more frustrating to get through, instead of a nice enjoyable adventure. I assume you don't mind a 4.7 rating, then having a 4.8 that it used to be on the first 6. Developers lose their imagination, for money at some point. Also, going up and down 6 or 7, over and over gets tiring, and boring. They're now just annoying, and frustrating to go through. So much, that the storyline suffers because to many again, to many annoying puzzles to get through that you can't enjoy the story, and the adventure that goes with it. Even Big Fish didn't continue with their walkthroughs, anymore after 8.
Having a little trouble
I am on the third chapter with Maaron and Folnar as kids. The problem that I am having is I am back at the academy and I try to combine the two lances to use on the statue with the snake. But I cannot for the life of me combine them to open the secret passageway under the snake statue. What am I doing wrong?
Lost Lands 9 - another great game!
I like the chapters! My biggest obstacle in these games is where did I see that lock or item or whatever. I have 25-30 different places and I don’t remember where. I have used my own notebook to keep track, which is cumbersome. Sometimes I use the hint button when I don’t use a notebook. That is my issue, not the game. The chapters are helpful to me because not as many locations to remember, and easier to check. I LOVE the puzzles, stories, graphics, and animation. It is my favorite kind of hidden object game because the object is hidden once and moves the story forward.
Stuck at the railroad
There’s a glitch at the part of the railroad. I press the arrows and it goes where it wants to instead of the direction I am aiming it at and crashes I got tired of it after many tries.

Intentional $ drain
Love the visuals, mini games, and story line, but the developers clearly are interested in only one thing…sucking every $ they can from you. Run far away until/if they give us the collectors edition (which based on the last 3 games just won’t happen).

Frustrated
I love Lost Lands and have played all of them up to version 9. I am 40% into version 9 and twice now it has frozen and looks like I have no choice but to delete the game, re upload and start all over again. I’m super frustrated. Has anyone else had the same experience?
Dedicated payer for years but disappointed
I purchased all of the collectors edition games years ago and had to repurchase them again last week. Why? So odd as no other developer has done so. I did anyways out of love for your games. I am highly disappointed as well that many are only FTP in-ap purchase games and not collectors edition. I honestly need help in areas given the maps aren’t marked the same and puzzles get way to challenging for me. I’m sure it’s the same for others. I hate missing a new chapter in a series such as Lost Lands etc.. please make them all CE at a certain price point option. You can still offer the FTP option for those that prefer it. It’s a win win for everyone.

Frustrated with this game
I’ve updated my rating to 1 star because of the lack of hints and “unavailable” videos to watch to earn any coin or star toward getting a hint. The past 3-4 days I’ve been able to watch a video once per day. I’m very disappointed with this type of play.
Option to mute the sound, listen to your own music
Please I am begging you all to not make this app overpower any music or podcast one is trying to listen to while playing the game. If you can mute the sound, it should be able to be overtaken by something I would rather listen to while playing.

Played all 9 Lost Land Games:my opinion
There’s great adventure games and there’s adventure puzzle games that are repetitive and boring. ALL of the 9 games fell into the repetitive and boring category. 1)I have no problems with the graphics, even liked the dialogue, made sense. 2)Very long games that you get very rarely. 3}Game play through all 9 games, only one freeze, excellent! 4}Interesting characters HERE’s WHAT’s BAD IMHO… 1) You get charged money just to go back to the very last spot. You can just hit the back button, but. nope, gotta pay for a hint. This puzzle is not easy. I spent a fortune. 2} don’t download games with freaking in app purchases. If that means I quit altogether or go back to playing older games I forgot. Makes up 10 fold for the one time buy, but good for you money grubbers are not willing to pay for a game that tries to fool you by being cash free. What’s the difference? Pay a huge fee up front. Not so bad in the beginning ( the full game cost $19.99. I hope there are no hints in that one. 3) OMG. the puzzles are nearly impossible to stick through. And I didn’t for most, used a costly hint to bail. They are repetitive, UNUSUALLY HARD AND (yes, I know this is an adventure game, they’re my fav.) and without hints, you’d be wandering in barren rocky soil for The rest of your life. Good luck.
Great Puzzle Game
I love puzzle games and this truly is the best. Unlike other puzzle games, this has a variety of different challenges. Thank you I can’t wait for the next one to come out.,
Doesn’t work
I love all the other games this company puts out but I tried this one on my old tablet, couldn’t get the meat into the pan in the first chapter, didn’t work. Tried it on my new android tablet. Didn’t work. Tried it on my laptop. Didn’t work So tried it on my IPhone. Still can’t get the meat into the pan even after doing everything else in the first chapter. Tried clicking to move it, tried holding down and dragging it, tried numerous times. No matter what the meat just sits there. I even tried the hint button thinking it was trying to make me waste a hint and still nothing. Only game I have had serious problems with so far and I have played more than a dozen. The Horseman one and Golden Curse were awesome. This one probably would be if it only worked. ***And I double checked the walkthrough guides and putting the meat in the pan was all I had left. The hint even directed me there but apparently the developer didn’t read my comment and just gave the generic “It isn’t our fault, you must just be stupid” response to my issue. Typical game developers, too egotistical to admit their game might be buggy.

Love the game, shame about bugs
Like others, I’ve played most of these without problems. This game, I cannot get past the flower seeds, I select the correct ones but nothing happens. I’ve even tried every combination but that doesn’t work. It’s a shame when you use a hint that it takes you to the place but doesn’t give a hint, so you have to use two.
Love five-bn games!!
I no longer enjoy the games from other developers like I do with five-bn. Their games are fantastic! Immersive gameplay, beautifully done artwork, challenging but not too much. I look forward to playing the next one. **Also just found out you guys are in Ukraine; my heart is with each and every one of you. Ukraine and the Ukrainian people have touched many of us. It will be a beautiful day when Ukraine wins the war!
Cash grab
No map to show actions available, hints cost coins, and if you want the option for unlimited hints you have to pay 19.99. I don’t mind paying 5.99 for these types of games when you do get those features.
No bonus game
I just loved playing this! I’m a fan of objects being available only when needed. But there is no bonus game! One of your hallmarks is generous gameplay, which is what keeps me coming back. Maybe add one in an update?
Quite a bit of glitches in this game.
I have played multiple games of BN however, this game most of the puzzles did not respond to any attempts to input or solve. I had to skip them because of the lack of the ability to move forward. After several skips, I gave up and quit the game. Very disappointed.
Unhappy
I love all your games I’ve tried. This is the first time I couldn’t finish a game due to a puzzle in Chapter 3. I tried using the walkthroughs but none that I found had the variation in my walkthrough. It was the pattern puzzle. So sad. Do you have a reason why there are so many variations of puzzle solutions but not the one that’s in the app?
good game
The game is as good as any from this series. I like the way the story is put together in this one. As always, I appreciate that there are only ads if I want a hint. I love how intricate the world is. And in this one I really liked returning to locations from earlier but seeing them from a different perspective with new puzzles to do.
Mega screwed up puzzles, tons of programming errors
This is so sad. I really love Five-BN games a lot. But this last episode of Lost Lands is unfortunately mega flawed. Many puzzles are NOT working, at least not on an IPAD! One example: the final totem string puzzles is completely screwed up. There is no way to ever solve it. 10 coins are needed to skip it. Please fix ASAP and TEST!
Great game series from five by
Good game this one, but interface in last chapter is a little clunky as you can only pick up obviously necessary objects immediately before you need them, so the code sequence needs some work there. Also I was unable to finish the 3rd chapter as the control dials for the castle door at the end did not load properly even though they had been all gathered and placed on the door puzzle console. Will try it again later w an updated version.
Macht immer weniger Spaß
Die ersten Lost Lands Folgen waren der Knaller. Jetzt sind es gefühlt 90 Prozent nur noch Minispiele. Und davon einige, die einfach nur nerven. Dann macht die Spiele doch teurer aber entwerft bitte wieder Spiele, die wirklich Laune machen. Denn so entsteht bei mir eigentlich mehr der Eindruck: Möglichst lange mit Minispielen nerven bis man Münzen kauft um sie überspringen zu können.
Disappointed with the new direction
I have been a fan of this game studio since I first played lost lands. This is the first time I truly feel disappointed. One of the things I love about the games from this developer (not just lost lands) is how complex the stories are. There are puzzles in the beginning that don’t make sense until the end. It is such a large world with multiple locations. This chapter thing makes everything smaller. It’s like a bunch of bonus chapters, which are fun, but not as engrossing. Between this, the latest New York Stories, and the new detective one, this seems to be the new direction for the studio. I am sure it’s easier to make so I can’t judge too hard, but it loses a good amount of world building and investment in the story.

Good, but buggy with overly complex puzzles
I have played darn near all these games. But, this one almost made me quit. It is still new and there are bugs to work out. But some bugs made it hard to do the puzzles (I.e. the skull/stone at the end). Also, while I liked the “story book” interludes, it would have been great to have more detail in your journal to remind you where you are and what you are supposed to be doing. If you take a break, you forget and it’s hard to regain your mission. Lastly, and again, just a comment not a critique; the instructions for some of the new puzzles were so generic they didn’t really explain what the goal was and how to do it. I RARELY “Skip” puzzles, but I did have to in this game. And, it was due to the frustrations of not knowing what the goal was or on how to achieve it. Otherwise a good game and would recommend it, just be prepared to have some patience.
Expected more
I’ve played all the lost lands games and loved them. I was disappointed in this one. I found it to be somewhat boring and lacked interest in playing. I paid the 19.99 for this game and it was not worth it. Your bonus chapter was a joke. That’s the best you could do for a pricey game. Sorry guys you can do so much better than this.
Not as good as the previous 8
I did not enjoy lost lands 9 as much as the previous 8 I’ve played. This one was tedious and I struggled to stay engaged and interested. In addition some of the puzzles were more confusing than previous games. Moving on to the next episode hoping it will recapture the fun from the previous 8

Liked The Others But This One…
This one is lazy and the puzzles are dumb. There’s no guidance at all and no common sense or even a remote understanding of at least half the puzzles. And the fact that you can’t just gather clues and supplies as you go is ridiculous. It feels like some drunk person made this game with the sole intention of getting people to buy coins so they could skip a plethora of idiotic puzzles. I really liked most of the 1-8 games, but this is not even remotely the same. Very disappointed.
Glitch
There’s a glitch on the 3 chapter where you complete the puzzle in the library but it doesn’t acknowledge it so it’s just stays on that part.. so annoying as I’m so close to finishing
