App Doesn’t let you login .
Terrible app . Login lets you put your email and password, it will not scroll far enough down to even create an account or Bluetooth it.
It’s poor
Trying add three Battery DLC 5 Pro Warranty registration process is dreadful, batteries have been added, but can’t do anything with, check/upgrade firmware, app fails to get anything meaningful from the batteries either by Bluetooth or WiFi. My warranty registration keeps getting rejected as the serial number are on the side of the batteries where it impossible to get a detailed picture due to the way it has been installed.

The powerstation SSP2400 is not able to connect to app. Not automatic not manual. No Bluetooth signal at all. Dead. Just wasted time.

Die App ist ok bis durchschnittlich. Einstellmöglichkeiten wirklich schlecht. Erklärungen zu den Einstellungen ebenfalls nur oberflächlich. Geräte die als kompatibel beschrieben werden bekommt man nicht integriert. Support reagiert nicht. Und das bei so einem teuren Stück Technik. Schade!!
Heating setting?
When will the battery heating control work? I bought this battery solely because of the heating, and it is not clear whether it works at all. Battery does not work under load.

Fehlerhafte Anzeige
⭐️ Die App zeigt fehlerhafte und nicht nachvollziehbare Ertragswerte an. Bei meinem Balkonkraftwerk werden beispielsweise tagsüber 4,7 kWh angezeigt, am nächsten Tag für denselben Tag plötzlich 13,4 kWh. Dadurch sind die Tages- und Ertragsdaten nicht zuverlässig. Bitte diesen Berechnungsfehler dringend beheben.
Battery cycle count?
I've installed a DL5.0C and satisfied but would recommend and want to see my battery's cycle count on the dyness app a must. Make it happen please.
Mangelhafte konfigurationsmöglichkeit
Laden bis 100% und dann überschüssige Energie einspeisen geht nicht. Uhrzeit einstellen wann eingespeist wird gibt es nicht usw. Nach langer Diskussion mit der entwicklungsabteilung hat man alle Funktionen die nicht funktionieren einfach entfernt Vom Kauf abzuraten
Gesamtverbrauch bei Intelligenter Last
Die App kann wenn ein Smart Meter angeschlossen ist nur von dieser Phase die Daten benutzen wo der Speicher angeschlossen ist. Aber nicht den realen Gesamtverbrauch zusammenrechnen. So wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Man hat auf einer Phase 100W Verbrauch und auf den anderen nur 20-30W. Statt dann einen Wert von 150-60 anzugeben bei Netzbezug kommt man nur den 1 Wert angegeben und der Speicher läuft ineffizient. Beim nächsten Update könnte man das ja fixen… Und den Lastverbrauch zeigt sie auch nicht an. Obwohl ein Shelly Pro 3em verbaut ist.

Gute App mit leichten Einstiegshürden
Wenn man den Einstieg in die App erstmal geschafft hat (einige Übersetzungen sind nicht sehr gut verständlich und die Einbindung in das eigene WLAN trotz ausreichender Signalstärke teilweise nicht möglich), bieten sich viele Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten für statische oder dynamische (lastabhängige) Einspeisung. Eine genauere Regelung für Nulleinspeisung wäre noch toll, und eine etwas intuitivere Menüführung.
Displays wrong on screen
App is fine for seeing the basic most important stuff. Functional. But it’s badly designed and needs some attention. It cuts off text on the top of my screen (iPhone 13) among other things. Still, the batteries are a good value overall!
Klappt alles wie es soll
Ich muss sagen, der Support arbeitet hervorragend! Es klappt alles so wie es soll! Nach einem Update der Firmware kann ich genau einstellen was ich will. Zu welcher Zeit welche Leistung rausgegeben werden soll, ob Last- oder Batterieprio an ist und wie der Akku arbeiten soll. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Uhrzeiten abweichen. Man muss quasi auf die eingestellten Uhrzeiten 2h drauf rechnen, um die Sommerzeit zu haben, sonst wirklich alles super!
Pop up in der App
Was soll das ? Ich hab für die Akkus bezahlt und möchte keine Pop ups in der App, und seitdem da was aufplopt zeigt die App die Akkus nicht mehr an. Nervig
App könnte ein Design Upgrade erhalten
Die Übersicht in der App ist top, allerdings fehlt mit dir Option einstellen zu welcher Zeit wie viel Leistung und Heimnetz abgegeben werden soll.

Couldn't even get registered with this app. Tried to sign up, but it asked for a verification code, which I don't have and there is no instruction how to get one. Needs a bit more work!

Heating setting not supported for my battery
I have a G2 Powerbox battery, my battery is always in safe mode due to temperature below 10 degrees and there is no setting in app to control heating of battery
12v 100a/h Bluetooth
The app works well. Was easy to connect to the 2 batteries in my motorhome. I have wondered for years just exactly what was going on with my batteries and now I know. I will never buy another battery without bt connection. Great product and a great app.
Dümmste App der Welt
Wozu dient diese App? Die Informationen wie SoC und andere Batteriedaten werden mir auch vom Wechselrichter bereitgestellt. Wozu also diese App? Ich hätte ja ein paar Zusatzfunktionen erwartet wie „Speicher sofort laden“ oder irgendwelche Prioritäten vergeben. Tatsächlich habe ich mehr Funktionen über die GoodWe App und Home Assistant. Einfach nur sinnlos diese App.

Won’t connect wifi stick
I have DL5.0C batteries & bought a Dyness WiFi stick so I could read their data. But there’s no way of connecting to it using my iPhone 15 pro max. If I scan the code on the WiFi stick it says”got it” but it hasn’t, there’s no way of adding it manually, it’s not listed as an option. I also get stuck on the page where it tells you to switch on Bluetooth - it’s already on! Plus the WiFi stick is WiFi, not Bluetooth! So it won’t progress past that page & just won’t pair, even when the led’s flashing on the stick. I agree with the previous review.
