Very Good Application
device offline issue
I connected my Device and it’s still showing offline and no data so I decided to connect local network but still after connecting that device is till showing no data at first I thought device must be broken now after reading the reviews I realized that the app have some serious bugs

Worst app you could ever get
This app is terrible. I’m a software developer/engineer, and from a technical standpoint, almost everything about the Smart Value app is frustrating. The biggest problem is the database/backend performance. It is painfully slow and seems to get throttled during the day. That means when your solar system is actually producing power and you want to check your production, usage, or system status, the app often barely works or fails to load the information at all. For a solar monitoring app, reliable real-time data should be one of the most basic requirements. Instead, the app feels sluggish, unreliable, and poorly optimized. Pages take far too long to load, data does not refresh consistently, and the overall experience makes monitoring your system much more difficult than it should be. From a software engineering perspective, the backend infrastructure and database performance seriously need improvement. An app tied to expensive solar equipment should not become nearly unusable during the exact hours when customers need it most. Smart Value needs major work.
Slown frequently offline
The app is slow. It is also frequently offline. Around 10am to 4pm gmt+8 it's offline in a lot of days. What is the alternative to this app? I'm using Blue Carbon.
Betterment in UI
There can be a betterment in UI alot of things are extra, while text cant be read in full
5seconds acceleration rate not refreshing on iOS or Android problem is still not fix app is worst
Paid 5 years for 5seconds accelation rate and the app is not refreshing automatically I need to go back and log out of the device and go back so it can refresh, please try to de register my data logger and register it with my 5 year plan that I bought , if problem still not resolved I will need my $114.00 usd refund back , the app is worst after the update
Very poor application
This new version is very slow and most of times it gets stuck, previous one was relatively better. On the page kw vs time, time is not shown on the graph. Very poor and pathetic application,

This app after ui update is very slow Same app on android runs smoother
Not Fit For Purpose
Need an app that gives a historical graph of usage and consumption through WiFi and Bluetooth. Unfortunately this does not. It does not add value as it is also slow and the Realtime stats are not accurate. I will offload and keep checking if the updates improve the product.
Such a waste of time
Such a stupid application it always gets stuck and says network anomly and has no proper data about how much energy the inverter is giving to the house or to the grid
Good features but poor execution and performance
The app has potential of being a great app but the way it’s thought out, the user interface and execution is so bad especially if using it to monitor a solar inverter It’s slow, disorganized and using it to set up inverters is a nightmare The new update they just released has so many bugs that it’s almost unusable
