Seit dem neuesten Update komme ich nicht mehr in mein Konto rein. Alle Punkte weg somit….
Tolle App, aber…
…lässt sich seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr öffnen. Nach Neuinstallation ist zwar das Öffnen aber das Einloggen nicht mehr möglich.
Treuepunkte verloren
Um die 600 Treuepunkte weniger nach App Update! Ich wurde aufgefordert ein Update der App zu machen und als ich die App nach dem Update wieder geöffnet habe, hatte ich plötzlich um die 600 Treuepunkte weniger. Das ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich!
Gute Idee aber die Basics nicht gut umgesetzt
Grundfunktionen sind ok aber absolute Basics schlecht umgesetzt. Als Beispiel eingelöste Prämien zeigen nicht ob sie schon verwendet wurden.

Absoluter Scam!
Es hätte nur noch eine Windel Packung zum scannen gefehlt für die größte Belohnung, und auf einmal wird man aus seinen Konto ausgeloggt - beim einloggen kommt - „dieser Konto Name kommt uns nicht bekannt vor!“ Super !!! So kann mans auch machen ! Einfach ein Konto löschen bevor man sich ne Prämie holen kann - Weltklasse wer hat schon die finanziellen Mittel um ein Unternehmen wie Pampers zu verklagen ….die einfach mehr Geld verdient als alle Mamas dieser Welt zusammen in nen kompletten Leben - danke für nichts !

Scannen ist eine Katastrophe, auch das Einlösen der Punkte ist äußerst umständlich
Camera view lacks autofocus
Scanning the codes is a nightmare, most of my shots get blurred and fail due to lack of auto focus you could probably avoid millions of failed/retried scans by simply fixing autofocus and adding tap to focus like the iOS camera offers out of the box - I instinctively tap on the screen while scanning but nothing happens Also, how about detecting QR codes on the fly like the iOS camera does using local algorithms – there are plenty of open source libs that you can use for this All your other new scanning affordances didn’t really make a difference for me so far
Die beste Windel
Auch meine Freundinnen feiern die Pampers sehr! Wir sind auch unterwegs am Sichersten mit der Pampers Premium Protect. Durfte sie testen und wir sind von einer Eigenmarke gewechselt und bei Pampers geblieben. Mag auch das Bonusprogramm. Ich mag die Passform und Saugfähigkeit der Windeln. 5 Sterne!!

Scanning the codes works only sometimes, mostly you have to type in very long codes manually. I also received less points than I should, because the code wasn’t registered. Tried reaching customer service twice about it but got no answer, just links to their q&a

Super App! Einfache Handhabung, tolle Prämien, schönes Design. Kann ich nur jeden mit Baby empfehlen
QR & OCR Scanner sehr schlecht
Das Einscannen per QR oder OCR PIN Scanner funktioniert technisch gefühlt nie! Und die Enttäuschung nach manueller Eingabe, dass man nur +50 Punkte bekommt, macht es leider nicht besser. Wirklich schlecht umgesetzt-das muss maximal easy funktionieren!
