Photo Purge: Swipe & Delete reviews
4.4 out of 5, based on 1,169 reviews.
What people like
- Makes cleaning photos very easy
- Simple swipe interface works well
- Saves significant phone storage space
What they complain about
- Forces you to review before using
- Charges unexpectedly after free trials
- Expensive paywall stops regular use
- App freezes and becomes unresponsive
Must have photo cleaner
Its simple notification reminder prompts you to go through today’s date for cleanup (deleting) or keep for reposting, review, or organization (outside app). I consider it an easy way to approach an impossible job of maintaining camera roll. But over a few weeks of daily use I have saved 6 GB of drive space. I give 5 stars and request zoom-in/out gestures be added so I can BETTER see the picture being reviewed to be more sure of what to do with it. The tiny print is difficult to read without magnifying. Thanks developers. Why force-require iOS version 16? I won’t be able to comply. :-/
Fraud!
Sometime ago you offered this app by free at App Advice. I used it with no problem for a while. Then, suddenly, I have to pay to continue using it as before. Why you did not respect your original offer?

Optisch nette App
Love it
Ive been waiting for this
Bro
It’s a one star bc it has a time limit
.
Good but I wish it would let you delete more photos without making you go premium.
Idk
I deleted the pictures off the app and didn’t delete them off the photos
Fine
Works but is a bit glitchy

Great app. Haven’t used it much yet, but plan to do alot more.
promises
Said it had a free lifetime giveaway on a ‘feeder app’….. none. Not going to do a limited trial offer as they are a nightmare to back out of and I’m certainly not going to pay in advance for a product I can’t test. Deleted.
Poor quality
App is super unresponsive and freezes regularly, forces you to rate 5 stars to use it for free. Does what it’s supposed to just not very well, it’s probably quicker to just do it manually
Good

Have to pay to use
really inconvenient
Helpful so far.
It’s been nice to review photos and media to delete. I’ve not used it too much yet, but they are making me review it now. *smiles*
Free, well structured, but one massive flaw!
It is a good app that seems to be free (Nov.24). Unfortunately, if you have swiped through a whole month an „finished“ looking through, they don’t give you the option to mark it as „finished“. They should cross finished months out.
Tidy up
Very helpful to clean out your photos!
Cash theifs
SUCH A SCAM! I was trying to use a free trial to see if I’d even wanna buy the 8$ for ONE week but it immediately charged me 40 dollars. I COULD HAVE SPENT THAT MONEY ON GROCERIES. These money sucking leaches are scammers. DO NOT GET THIS APP.
Good App Annoying Cost
Wish you didn’t have to pay but overall good app.
what
okay so this app is cool and helpful BUT you need to pay to actually get on with stuff without a 6-7 hour timer stopping you midway thru organising
Great app
Well designed and very useful.
It’s terrible
You get it you swipe a few times then it says pay or u can’t go on
Clean it up
I take too many pictures, especially of the same moment at the time. This app helps me whittle it down to my favorites ~ only a few…
You have to pay to use
Expensive and no way around it
Easy to use
Easy to use. Simple and so helpful when needing space
They must have lost their marbles
I got a lifetime deal on the app. Tried opening it and it says I have to leave a review to continue using the app. What nonsense is that? Buzz off
Overall worth the price
Attempting the free version gets truly annoying, since it increases the time you have to wait from 8hrs to 15hrs (or more) between each set of 100(?) swipes or so. For me, it was worth the $10 to have the upgraded version. I’m using it to clear out an overloaded iCloud
Application spécialisée
Application intéressante mais limitée dans ses fonctions.
love it
It’s like swiping thru a dating app tbh
Review gate
The app won’t let you use it without reviewing. I’m sure this is against Apple’s rules
Great app
Gives you a chronological view of your photos and an easy way to keep or delete them. Couldn’t be easier

Very useful
Makes clean up a breeze
Have no idea
The app is requiring me to recite it before I can use it. So I have no idea if I’m gonna like it or what’s good about it and what’s bad. This is the second app that’s making me review it BEFORE I can even use it. So how am I supposed review something I haven’t tried out first? That’s just silly. So I have to give it a low rating. It said to continue using for free you must review, once you review it you can use the app! But I already paid for the lifetime one time price, so how am I using it for free when I paid already for an app I HAVEN’T EVEN TRIED??
Yeah
Makes for more room on my phone in a short amount of time

Got this on June 9th on apps gone free and it was suppose to be free lifetime but it is trying to charge me !!!
