Bad support
I keep getting emails that someone withdraws money from my account while i didn’t even invest or made a withdrawal. So i contacted the support to help and maybe close my account or find a better solution but after I tell them my problem they keep closing the call. So whats now my account got hacked and you don’t do anything? Please invest your money somewhere else…

Gute übersichtliche app aber ein widget un schneller und einfacher nebenbei zu schauen wäre ein widget ganz gut. Bitte mal ergänzen dann gibts 5⭐️
Nicht brauchbar in der EU
Die App hat ein solides Design, hat leider aber nichts mit der US Version gemeinsam. Keine brauchbaren Funktionen. Für crypto gibt es bessere Alternativen. Und die stock tokens brauch kein Mensch, sie werden als Derivate gesehen und haben keine Steuerfreibeträge wie richtige Aktien in Deutschland. Non Sense Robinhood EU zu benutzen

La app en sí va bien lo q noto falta es que haya limitaciones en la versión Europea y no se puedan operar Opciones de la bolsa americana

I was looking for best option with cheapest fees and instant payments. And realy Robinhood give me that all in best Way where i easy and learn do crypto. For me best app with all Main coins and fair prices.

Die Bedienung der App ist echt schlecht und einfache Funktionen wie Kaufen und Verkaufen von Assets, Einstellungen um Crypto to zu sende/empfangen, etc. kaum zu finden. Drum steig ich hier aus.

Ich komme schon die ganze Woche nicht in mein Konto nein, habe schon haufenweise Kontakt mit dem Support versucht aufzunehmen jedoch bekomme ich es richtig irrsinnige Hinweise, die wachsende sind wie beispielsweise, dass das Handy angeschaltet sein sollte. Das ergibt überhaupt keinen Sinn. Jedenfalls gibt es überhaupt kein Support egal, in welcher Art und Weise man kann niemanden kontaktieren. Für mich ist das einfach nur beschämend.

Operative is quite limited but it’s the best app to buy BTC thanks to the 0 fees. It would be nice if you could enable asset price visualization in USD also for accounts in EUR. I’m interested in seeing my account balance in EUR as it is my main currency but I’m used to see BTC/crypto priced in USD as reference.

no account delete button and basically no high APY for stablecoin savings anymore like it has been when the app launched

EU users beware: rejected with zero explanation
Applied for a Robinhood Crypto account, submitted my ID and a selfie as required. Application got rejected with zero explanation — just a generic email. Contacted support multiple times asking why, and they flatly refused to give any reason, citing vague ‘regulatory responsibilities.’ When I requested deletion of my personal data under GDPR, the agent ignored the request, sent me a generic legal document link, and closed the chat. If you’re in the EU, be aware Robinhood may not even be eligible to serve you — but they’ll still collect your ID and biometric data before telling you that. Extremely frustrating experience with zero transparency or accountability.
Okay mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Ich muss sagen dass die App im großen und Ganzen echt in Ordnung ist. Positiv hervorheben lässt sich das ein und auszahlen von Geld. Was aber gar nicht geht ist die Höhe der Gebühren wenn man sich nicht Fiat Geld auszahlen lässt. Da gibt es andere Börsen die es ohne kosten machen!!

Racist behavior by the supporter and team
I m a german resident with a german citizenship which opened an account on Robinhood. Now i invited my friend which also has a german citizenship. He was denied with the following explanation by the supporter Rose: 12:25 „Your current citizenship/ residency falls outside that scope." After i asked if anyone with a German citizenship could open an account this was the answer: 12:52 „Anyone who has German citizenship above 18 years old can open an account here in Robinhood" I see there is a racist behavior in the team which leads to incompetence to the full application. The supporter responds in contradictions to itself and with misinformation. I cannot recommend this app.

App hat Bugs & bietet nur minimale Basisfunktionen ..
Als ich mich vor über einem Jahr registriert habe, konnte ich nachvollziehen dass bei einer neuen App auch mal bugs auftreten und die Funktionalität erst schrittweise erweitert wird. Alles gut, aber dann innerhalb von 1 1/2 Jahren nicht mal bugs behebt die mir der Ansicht des Charts zusammenhängt, NICHTMAL ein verdammter Preisalarm eingefügt wurde und absolut keine finanziellen Ressourcen für die aktive Entwicklung frei gemacht werden, bei einem Unternehmen dieser Größe, finde ich einfach eine Frechheit. Drückt den Leuten die wirklich die Arbeit machen müssen etwas vverdammtes Geld in die Hand , damit die App mal gescheit voranschreitet, anstatt Unmengen Kohle für diese dreckigen Promos zu verballern. Ffs.

Die App hängt so oft, Probleme bei Ein- und Auszahlungen, Freunde werben klappt nicht (wurde wortwörtlich betrogen und habe keinen Cent von dem Willkommensbonus bekommen), Support hat keine Ahnung und das aller wichtigste ist die schlechte Übersicht der Charts. Nicht zu empfehlen, sucht euch nen anderen Broker.
