App not responsible for local malfunctions
This app isnt responsible for your towns local system having transmission issues or not working at all . You need to speak with the person who has the system setup in your town and maybe donate some money to for their time because they more then likely do it for free.

Too many duplicate channels
Scanner shows way too many duplicate channels sand cannot find one channel in my area. Useless app!
Bug or glitch
I love this app I use it almost everyday because 1. I’m nosey LOL and 2. Where my grandma lives is in a ghetto neighborhood so I like to keep track of things. However today the apps not working it’s suck on 3Am nothing past it. It’s almost 2Pm where I’m at currently there’s no way calls have not been made in since 3AM. Please fix this I would hate to have to find the next best thing.

App Not Working
Up until last week, 2026-03-02 the app was working fine; however; it’s now been 11 days of no service! When will the issue be fixed?
My favorite app but
I really wish there was a way to save talk group preferences as a favorites list. I’d even pay for a pro version of the app if it was available!
Used to be great
This app used to be fairly reliable and consistent but the past few months it’s been consistently useless. Logs never show up the screen is just blank refreshing the page does nothing or breaks the app completely.
Good..could be better
Overall, very good app. Lots of choices if scanner sorted by area. My one recommendation would be, is add a search feature to the talk groups. Its very difficult to exclude channels you dont want.

When it works it is the best app. But lately all I get most of the time is the loading spinner.
Great App
Great app. I love how it operates! I listen to the Sacramento area but its squelches a lot. So most of the time I cannot hear any words only the squelching. Could this be fixed?
Needs Improvement
Not much of a reason to use the app when the site works better. I would like to see a search for talk groups consistent with the site. Scrolling through hundreds of groups just makes me go back to the site. Hope to see some improvement soon.
Steadily failing
I’ve been using this app for a few months now to listen to Charlotte (NC) Fire. In the past few weeks it has steadily lost ops channels. My husband is a dispatcher so I know when there’s a call on a certain channel and it’s not coming through. Lost Echo first, and now Hotel is gone, and all feeds have gotten very spotty and break up terribly. Sad, cause I really loved this app but it’s not much good to me anymore.

Non Functional
More often than not the app and website don’t work, stick to other free scanners.
Calls not in real time
Doesn’t capture the calls in real time. You have to click on the list to hear the calls
Good app just freezes up force restart and does the same thing again
Great app I'm sure they adding more departments and cities I use it on my iPhone 13 and it's plays a couple of transmissions/conversations out of nowhere it pauses 2-6 seconds into a transmission app freezes only choice is to force close and open it sometimes after that it reopen let you choice what department freezes again

Best scanner App
This is the best way to hear what’s happening with my city’s first responders. I have trouble with the app’s autoplay function. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But overall this app is indispensable.

New Update
New update is not good. It has all kinds of bugs that need worked out. Probably rolled out the new version too early.
Custom groups / TG bookmarks please
An amazing amount of functionality and content availabile with zero ads or cost. One thing that would significantly enhance this would be the ability to create custom groups or bookmark/favorite TGs. My local system has a gigantic number of talk groups, and that would save a ton of manual scrolling and repetitive selection.
Technical issues
I’ve had this scanner for a while and it’s been great but now it’s having feedback issues to where you can’t hear the call. I love that you can specifically save it for your area. Hopefully whoever made the apps can adjust whatever they need to so there is no more feedback/static. I would have given 5 stars but the app is unusable at the moment.

No listing for my general area
I live in a large and very populated city in California, yet there is no station/scanner listed or searchable for anywhere near where I live. But there are listings for far less populated areas. What gives? (Re: Stockton, CA / San Joaquin County)

The latest build is a nice update. It allows your last talk groups to be available. Hoping future build will allow the app to continue to play audio feed when phone screen blanks.
Updates are ruining the app
I love this app, but recently it won’t play calls consistently, shows numbers where the times are usually, won’t show calls in proper order and it’s very glitching. I keep deleting and redownloading the app but the problems remain.
This is Greatness
I love the ability to change the talk groups, but sometimes I dont know how to keep it running and have to hit play again.
Very Disappointed
I downloaded app and was so excited that there was finally a police/fire/EMS scanner app that actually worked and had numerous agencies that worked. Until day 2-4, the app quit working. I deleted the entire app and redownloaded it, it worked again, but for less than 8 hours. Now, I’ve redownloaded it and it’s blank! Dead! Nothing! So disappointed.
Good
Great app with wonderful abilities to capture all transmissions and archive then for a month. Has access to some feeds that most others don't. Would love to be able to add favorites for cities and talk groups within the city.
Was great till it wasn’t
This app was great! I could listen in to my town’s calls & everything worked great. Until I just opened it a bit ago to listen, and nothing is available. No talkgroups. But it says there are 2 listener’s? Not sure what happened, would’ve gave it 5 stars but it’s not working anymore.

Great app. As a feeder to this I love the ability to be able to listen to my site any time I want from anywhere. Not to mention, free, without adds or interruptions.

If it had the ability to save your settings so that when you open it up you don’t have to select the talk groups every time. Also be able to search for specific talk groups instead of scrolling through hundreds of depts
