Poi sono riuscito ad apprezzarlo ed et stato molto utile. Tutto incluso con i saltafila Il trasporto è parte del pacchetto ed in una città come Milano ho risparmiato molti soldi e probabilmente anche tanto tempo Bravi
Broken app
This app would not display any booking for the attraction you booked. You will have to email them for the ticket. And the app will glitch out on the bookings thus give you the wrong date and time. The app is completely un usable.
This is the official Milan pass app
And it sucks. For some reason on iOS the search functionality doesn’t work. So I have to manually search through all the categories for things. The map functionality doesn’t work. I press on an icon and it only ever seems to open the Duomo. Also it says it offers a “print” functionality for the transport cards. We wanted to print the cards, because our phones keep activating their wallets when it got too close to the metro scanners and covering up the QR codes. However we went to the ATM machines to print the tickets, the PNR code that is provided by the app is not compatible with the ATM machines. So it does not work.
Needs exchange option
The app is easy to use but it’s also easy to accidentally book an incorrect time. There should be a way to change a reservation if tickets for the correct date are available or within 24 hours of making the original booking.

I-phone problem
The App has a problem preventing registering on an iPhone. I was advised to use an android device that I don’t have! It too an hour interacting with the support team to reveal the problem.

Non adatto ai last minute
Per chi fa un’improvvisata a Milano: sappiate che non è possibile acquistare il pass per il giorno attuale, ma solo a partire da un giorno successivo. Peccato!
Warning dont be fooled
This app is not for people this app take money and do nothing else. Buy ticket from lokal and home Pages. They dont help you, they scam people. I dont listen opiniom and write this so dont do the same .
Scam
This is total scam, there is no information before you pay much money, that you need reservation for everything days before. We can’t use it anywhere and information point in duomo tell us that that we can buy tickets there (for extra money 18€) but we can’t use this app after we pay 60€ for standard. Support is not helping. There is total scam, don’t pay them.
Bug ridden nightmare
So many bugs so little space. Booked tickets show up on the wrong days. Search does nothing. Attractions are missing from the list. It’s embarrassing.
Avoid!
Waste of money, almost nothing works, be aware of loosing your money.
App very broken
Bought a pass, tried to book a slot to see the Duomo. The app gave me an error, then refused to let me book a new slot. I tried to sign out, but then on signing back in again, my previously-purchased pass (that I paid £90 for) was gone and I couldn’t retrieve it. The developer only offers email support so now I’m left waiting to get an email reply before I can (hopefully) continue using the pass. Prior to these problems the app mostly works as intended, although the map navigation is very glitchy. But potentially losing my purchase is a big flaw, amongst a litany of other bugs.
