I've had a great experience with Voice Pen's customer support. I ran into an issue, and their team responded promptly via email. They took the time to guide me through the troubleshooting process step by step, answered all of my questions clearly, and provided an effective solution that resolved the problem. Their communication was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to see a company that stands behind its app and provides such customer service. Thank you to the Voice Pen team for the outstanding support

Desired features
This is a very helpful tool if one wants to review a large number of youtube videos. Two features would be helpful: 1) prevent duplicate entries. 2) Group export of PDF’s and/or DOCS.
Review
Does not pick up all the the information being said in a seminar, and in rewriting it doesn’t finish. I’ve missed so much using it.
The Best by Far
Precise. Simple. Superior. 'nuf said.
What options?
There is suppose to be an option to change the style of the notes its nowhere to be found. Really rather useless with out the notation style, iti's just a voice recorder in that case.
Fast perfekt
Powerful Software
This app accurately and very efficiently transcribes all types of audio inputs and the output format is well structured. It is my go-to app for audio transcription — it is like ‘Adobe Acrobat’ compared to all its would-be competitors.
Just try canceling this :=(
I no longer need this app and have been searching for 15 minutes to find a way to cancel my account. When I enter into the Help search any variation on “cancel account” or “cancel subscription” or even just “cancel,” NOTHING comes up. The app doesn’t work any better than many others on the market that are more user friendly.

Was a good app - now it doesn’t even load!
After using this app on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad, I was very happy to see it as a native app on the Vision Pro. I tried it and was pleased that everything synced up fine. It was very convenient to dictate notes with it on the Vision Pro, especially using the widget provided. Then, I noticed that it wouldn’t open consistently. I could usually fix it by deleting the app and re-downloading from the App Store. Now, it doesn’t work at all. Even with multiple App Store downloads and Vision Pro restarts, it just doesn’t work anymore. Hope this gets resolved soon because it really is a great app when it works and I would recommend anyone in the Apple ecosystem check it out and use it across devices.

A fantastic way of how it works. Exactly as advertised and more. It’s really good that I would not want to remove a from it, but there is one transcription where it just suddenly stopped recording and I lost all the work from that moment on. System must be reviewed to remove bugs which have slightly removed one % of its marks.
Leider fehlerhaft
Efficiency at its best
I am an avid app user and this app by far is one of the greatest apps. It allows me record my thoughts quickly and efficiently, upload them, transcribe them, files them, name, labels them, and then put them in a position for me to copy into my own filing system. Before when I was just recording, and still have to transcribe my work, this app has made my life completely easy. I am so happy to have found it. You should try it, especially those who are writers, visionaries, creatives, or those who has “on the spot” ideas that needs to be chronicled quickly. This app is for you!
YouTube immer fehlerhaft
As the program is running
I personally would like all the words to be displayed so that I can see them on a screen as people are talking instead of saying the word wanna a time I would like to see them all displayed so if I’m watching a teaching video I could stop the video edit it add notes and then I would definitely have a four star rating I do depend on your app greatly because I have a traumatic brain injury so my short-term memory doesn’t work well let’s face it pretty much a lot of things don’t work that’s why I rely upon your app to really help me out to get through the day as a disabled person I would really appreciate it if you can make it cell all the words are displayed and maybe once they’re displayed you can have them right back as a option because I really can’t read
Premium
It’s a tea good app, but if you don’t have premium you can’t put in a file that’s longer than a minute
VOICE PEN
This in a very, very good app! Well worth the shot!!!! Best transcription app around.
Strong Start, But Needs Smarter AI to Match the Price Point
I went all in on this app and have logged over 1,500 minutes recorded and transcribed—which speaks to its ease of use and overall promise. However, after extended use, I’ve noticed limitations in the AI’s intelligence and adaptability. While the provided templates are helpful, they still require manual editing or third-party tools to achieve a polished result—something that more advanced LLMs are already streamlining. There are also ongoing issues with translation accuracy and internet connectivity, particularly when exporting from iOS-native resources, which can be frustrating during time-sensitive work. I want to love this app—and I still believe it has the potential to become a top-tier creative companion. What I’d love to see: deeper customization, smarter AI-assisted editing, and a more seamless end-to-end workflow that doesn’t require me to leave the platform. For the current price point, the cost-to-value ratio is hard to justify long-term—but if future updates can close the gap between convenience and intelligence, I’d be open to reconsidering.
Love this!!!
However, I don’t want to pay for it. It’s a bit expensive but I think if you’re going to spend money, it’s definitely on this app.. I think it has great features!!
+++++
Love this app and all it has to offer!
GREAT BUT TECH ISSUES FREQUENTLY
Loved this app by and large, great in such a competitive market to have utility of various commands optional. However - keeps signing me out, then makes it difficult to get back in, and often can’t locate files saved in the cloud. Functionality would be worth attending to I’d say. Otherwise great !
So far so great
Very good, accurate transcriptions, great insights. Improvements I’d like to see: Editing text is somewhat buggy as it does allow to edit from the middle, it jumps to the end. Would like to be able to AI Chat and summerize accross ALL notes. Would also like to be able to enter notes via text not just audio. But otherwise this is best of it’s kind I have tried thus far and subscription cost is very reasonable.
