App
error
recently cannot properly
Superb
It really helps to sooth one emotions and give very valuable advises. Especially when you are so helpless. Try it and u will love it.
Very angry
Loss of chat history
It’s sooooooooo frustrated to have the chat history disappeared!!!!!! It’s already so painful to talk about the stressful and depressing things. But when I wish to read and recap the advice given by AI, just found it all gone!!!!!! I want to unsubscribe the membership and get a refund! I’ve only paid the annual fee less than 1 month ago!
Great application
This AI is really good at analyzing your problem and give constructive advice. Just start a chat with it, it is free. And then you will know how powerful it is. The only complain about the app is that I find the AI is unable to track time. Every time it tried to mention time, like 90% of the time it is wrong. For example, we had just chat for around 10 minutes, the dialogue shows that the AI think it has already been one hour.
Disappointed after updating
I was a big fan of this app about half a year ago, the conversational AI provided me with lots of inspirational and informative insights, also in a way that enchants my mental health literacy. But soon after I decided to purchase the membership, they came with an update, the AI answers started to be repetitive and unable to comprehend the context as well as before. I ended up gave up on it.

Concept is great, but have to improve the technology
This is a great app for Helping us to improve lots of things, including emotion, working, learning, upgrade ourselves etc., the concept is perfect, however, technology of the app have to be improved: - the chat we can save for the record, especially there is a loss of wise, which is very important, however, the chat record will suddenly disappear, so we don’t have any ways to reveal the advice. It sounds like we have to start over, it’s super convenience. - It won’t support the synchronize Hopefully those can be solved in foreseeing future
Technical issues not resolved
While I really enjoy the AI chatting function, esp I can use my native language cantonese to chat, the app was supposed to generate insight journals for me which I think is a very good feature, however, 8 out of 10 times this function does not work and fail to generate. Some older successfully generated journals became unreadable (turned into gibberish) too…with so much technical issues I don’t think the monthly payment is worth it😞 hope it can get fixed soon.
Please try again later","exception":"string index out of range","status":"exception"}，就令我覺得體驗有點差，希望能盡快改善！
Unexpected error:SupabaseChatException
Deep Work
It’s hard to believe that you can process so much through an App, but using this tool has been very helpful for me. It’s there when you need it and there’s so much self processing that you can accomplish. If you’re willing to be honest and open minded, then I trust that this can help you as well. I always said to my therapist “I wish I could take you around wherever I go and summon you when I need guidance”. MindForest is that tool that can help you when you’re feeling stuck and need to process immediately.
Good app but need some UI improvement
It’s a very nice app and the AI is very useful. However when I tried doing the personality test I was unable to see all five options. I am using a iPhone 13 Mini and the app UI possibly is too big for the screen.
