What people like
- User friendly and very responsive
- Great news and team updates
- Good for tracking scores online
What they complain about
- Keeps crashing when you open it
- Ads freeze the app completely
- Hard to use for screen readers
Clunky
Not intuitive not user friendly. Keeps reverting on the fantasy team sélection. Doesn’t save and update
Ads intentionally freeze app
This app functionality is terrible unless you pay $4.99 per month to go ad free. The ads freeze forcing the user to close their phone down. Not sure why Apple allows but hey.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded this on my iPhone. The player select screen is squashed, meaning I can’t select any front row players. Making it completely unfit for purpose. Rest of the app looks clean enough. Had to download on my partners Samsung in order to actually pick my fantasy team. Please fix.
Superb app!!!
I can always keep score of leagues I can’t watch now!!! Great for predicting and fantasy too!!
Incomprehensible
Absolutely awful app, impossible to operate properly. Why did they not use the same settings as on the website???
A step backwards
This app is a step backwards from the original Superbru app. Reduced functionality and not user friendly at all.
Superbru Rugby
In addition to the great Superbru App, this Rugby app is even better. Information and news on the teams keeps you updated before choosing the teams
Nigel
Totally awful app - no logic - terrible user experience
Great improvements from the last app
Love the new app way more user friendly and is way more responsive! Well done team !
Superbru Rugby review
Adds no value or additional suitable content
This app is awful
I rarely write app reviews but this is so bad its worth it. Honestly I use it for fantasy cos its the official prem one but its clunky, theres no options for changing things and half the time it doesnt even save the changes you make to your team. When you see the likes of the apps used for NFL and the way it runs its honestly like using an app thats 100 years behind
Frustration galore
You guys screw this app up majestically. My superbru group went back to the original app which is a little better.
Super non user friendly
App is super user unfriendly and frustratingly difficult to use.
Difficult to Navigate.
It’s is a bit frustrating when you spend 10 minutes trying to figure out simple things like having to lock picks and see your pool results leader board. I eventually gave up and downloaded the original version having to use the desktop all the time. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Non-existent accessibility
Hardly accessible to Voiceover screen reader users, cannot even log in.
