Worst game ever
Good but forwards and players faces need changing
I really enjoy rugby nations but there are some problems like: in a normal game of rugby the forwards are the strong, bulky, backbone of the rugby team but in this game they have made them fat, slow and another thing I have noticed with the forwards and the backs is that the players faces look nothing like the real players face for example: a rugby player could have blonde hair In real life but they make him or her have black hair even though they can make them have black hair because often a players face repeats on another one meaning to different people on one team could look completely different and if the game wants to be realistic then these things need to change.
Kicking feature
Wht happened to the kicking now..??? I’m playing with a controller and game is good but why did the kicking change now i cant set it up how high i want to kick cmon tht was the best feature on there and i had a kicking streak i never lost a kick on both RN 24 and 26 but now its trash why did u remove the feature bring it back cmon like the game is awesome but tht feature made it even more realistic but now its preset like wht are u doing BRING IT BACK IM GIVING 2 stars bcoz u seriously ruined my streak badly and im upset right now
Great. But could be amazing
I’m be had this game for a couple months and overall I really enjoy it. It’s he overall controls are great for a phone game and I mostly enjoy levelling up and upgrading players and skills it adds. I’d say this game has made it into my top 5 phone games. The game overall is great. But it certainly has some super irritating issues. First of all of course the energy system is fairly annoying especially when the game glitches and you lose a whole three bars of energy for nothing. Also why does my team become almost useless after the siren sounds. Especially in a close match I’ve almost thrown my phone because of a nonsensical random knock on. and it happens so frequently for no good reason. Then there’s the other teams having dominant forward packs without anyway to have a chance of winning and rucks or scrums. This and the energy bars are obviously attempts and incentivising players to spend money in game and that makes it a little more annoying because it seems like a cheap way to do so. Instead of offering cool perks for money it’s just to heavily incentivise spending real life money. You’d be better off ditching the energy system or at least making there 2 more tanks or something because three games is stingy especially when almost daily you have to restart the app because of a crash

Could add a held up system so if they tackle them over the try line it will be held up
Bad controls and glitches
Been playing this game and the controls for defence is not accurate and not realistic at all. Loads of glitches even if the opposing side knocks on the game game continues. This game in not accurate and needs fixing for new versions
Decent
Decent game and you can play for a few hours. They need to get rid of the quick passing control. The amount of times I’ve thrown the ball in touch trying to side set is frustrating. Also need a switch button for defenders. To many times other sides just throw the ball past your defenders and there’s nothing you can do. The only other area is building play. Bottom line is, if your team has less rating, you lose. Very hard to go into the game with a plan to build Up play and score. Mig hit be hard to achieve in the game but would add an extra dimension so you can at least try and compete
Funky mechanics and glitches
There’s too many glitches that waste energy and make it unplayable at times. But most of all the worst problem is the stupid game mechanics. Defence is so stupid, players will run diagonally and the game doesn’t allow you to change defenders manually to actually do something. Also the knock ons that you have genuinely no control over, the technique stat doesn’t even help, it’s the same bronze all the way to purple maybe even worse. Such a waste of one of the only functional rugby games.

I love playing this game. It feels so easy to understand and play. One criticism I have is you don’t give one player more than position such as Damian McKenzie being able to play flyhalf and Fullback. Another is the game won’t let you move a player who is already on the field to a different position. E.g Damien McKenzie got injured and I tried moving Will Jordan from wing to Fullback so I could put Sevu Reece on the wing who came off the bench. And also make the players more realistic as Reiko Ioane is a wing or centre, not fullback and Zane Nongorr is a prop not a lock

You get higher up the leagues and it’s impossible to unlock upgrade charms for player rarity. It’s ridiculous

It’s a great way to waste time if you’re bored or need something to do but it can get a bit frustrating the more time you spend on the game. From players not catching the ball or super glitch grubbers there’s issues but if u want a decent rugby I guess it scratches the itch
Money grab!
The game itself is enjoyable, which explains the second star. But, only being able to play for 5mins before you are stuck behind a paywall really ruins the whole experience.
This game is horrible
The idea of the game is not so bad and it could be verry fun but the way the game is played is what is so bad the other team always gets a turnover whenever they tackle you and when you try to do the same you almost never get it and when the other team is in your quarter there is a 99% chance that they will score and is almost impossible for you to score there are alot more problems and the only reason i gave it 3stars was because it could be kind of fun
Cool game!
I’d rather be in a constant cycle where I get molested by Chucky the killer than play this stupid game every second of this is worse than getting your limbs cut off one at a time.
Rigged game
Wouldn’t bother installing if you want a game where you need skill, the games rigged. Once you start playing you’ll realise that some games there’s no hope of you winning as anytime you get the ball some random rule comes into play that gives the opposition the ball

Great game but dumb glitches
This is very nice to play and addictive but the weird thing is when I scored a penalty goal or before I take a conversion my player runs away or the game freezes and then I have no choice but to close it and go back in and then that match still appears unfinished and I lose a energy

Algorithm controlled
Good for the first few games. Then your own players will stop running towards an attacking player and just stand still, allowing the opposition to score. In attempts to tackle the players will just morph through the attack team and not tackle. Game is rigged, set up and boringly predictable
Really great
I’ve played this game for a while now and while it seems there is a few things missing it’s a fantastic game. One feature I thought would be cool would be the ability to like exchange things. I have loads of the skill re roll things but an ability to exchange say 10 for a position change or like 15 for an upgrade token would be sick. Also an ability to change specific parts of the kit like socks instead of the whole colour. Oh and make harder leagues actually harder I’m almost in all stars and the only time I lost a game was when I let my 5 year old cousin play. Make like a need to go for 80th minute drop goals to win type stuff. The only way to make the game challenging is to play as like Kazakhstan in the World Cup imo. But it is a truly addicting game and I love it.

Too many bugs
The game is definitely a good game however there is that many bugs like knock ons continuously only on your team. There is many different ways to make the game better which need to be done like pvp rather than pve all the time. Also the teams that are “better” only means you knock the ball on more

I love the game, but I just wish some things were added. Firstly, if being held up at the try would be possible to create. Secondly, if setting the duration of the game could be created as well and having a commentator for the game. Lastly, if the game could be online so that people could play it with friends. This game randomly gives out advantages like what the hell I play union rugby and our ref has never ever in his entire life given an advantage I mean it just ruins the for whoever is playing and it only happens when I am 14 and they’re making a good comeback while I’m kicking the ball into the sidelines I don’t even press kick it just randomly does it there’s somthing even worse bugs and don’t get me started on the music so annoying

One of the best games, but one thing…
I absolutely love this game. The gameplay its self is just so smooth. I love the kicking, the passing, the rucking, the scrummaging and also the interceptions. The games is just brilliant. I also love the user interface. It is very easy to understand and navigate. I like all the competitions and the fact that you can create your own team is awesome! The thing I would change about this game though, is the energy system. This is the part of the game that lost the star for me. I think that, if you added a choice to pay £10 to have unlimited energy then I would definitely buy it, but instead we have to watch 9 adds (from having no energy at all) to refill the energy, and also, only three games? I know, there is already some add-ons you can either have unlimited energy for 24 hours at the price of £2.99, or something like that, or a one week VIP membership for £7.99, or something like that, (this membership includes 1 week unlimited energy). Now, I know all of this sounds sort of good, but for me, knowing that something is going to run out, it annoys me. So I would happily pay a tenner (one time cost) for unlimited energy so if the game dev’s could please see this and add in this feature then this would make the game a solid 5 stars.

Great game nut needs more leagues as it’s easy to get to the top tier. They should definitely add a British and Irish lions section.
Unplayable in higher leagues
The game is almost unplayable when you get to premier league+. You knock the ball on endlessly, recent game was 11 knock ons? I loose every scrum and can’t get out of my half even with significantly better players than the opposition. It feels like the game is against you and has resulted in me deleting the game

I think it’s a great game in general! But the way that make you play a game is a bit irritating because there are these 3 canisters that allow you to play a game. But when you run out it’s a bummer so I think they should take it out and let you play as long as you want to.
Good enough gameplay, lazy overall package
Gameplay is fine for a mobile app, nothing special, scratches the rugby itch. Club mode is pretty well paced, not the most offensive timer based reward system. Regular free rewards. So many bugs and poor/lazy design choices. Played 4 tournaments with one nation, got the same player card 3 times, have no further incentive to play tournaments. For the extra card in a pack ads break or simply don’t open. Unlocked packs go missing. Picking up a loose ball players always pass the wrong direction. Stadium levels 3 & 4 are identical Defence is atrocious, almost no player agency. Rucking, mauling and scrums are fake mini games, your input makes almost no difference. Perfect timing will be punished for no obvious reason, and poor timing can still get you a penalty or pushover try. No offside penalties.
Amazing game
Would of been a five star if there was a online mode to play against your friends I would love to see this feature in the game
