The mPay registration process needs improvement. If a customer registers after a long time, they may not remember the Security Question answers, and after 2–3 wrong attempts the profile/RSA gets locked. Then the customer has to visit the branch, which is inconvenient. Please provide self-authentication/OTP
Receipt is Not being shared on whatsapp
I’ve been using This app from past few years my overall experience is good but now its becoming a problem with sharing a receipts on whats app and on any other plateforms. kindly resolve the issue.

J&K Bank is one of the slowest banks in the world, and even its app is unreliable. Sometimes it just stops working. One day, I deposited money at a J&K Bank branch in the morning, but it didn’t show up in my account until the evening. If someone has an emergency, how can they trust this bank? In my opinion, this is one of the worst banks and banking services.
