Right to the Point
Very user friendly. Easy to make additional escrow and mortgage payments and a great historical breakdown.
The WORST
Literally the worst app ever!!! I don’t know what happened in the last year or so but EVERY MONTH I have to reset my password because the app says I have the wrong information!!! Even though I use the Face ID method. I’ve called once before but the problem still remains. I hate it here!!!!
Too many bugs
I’ve had way too many problems trying to use this app. At first, I couldn’t login through the app. I could go online and login but anytime I tried using the app. It wouldn’t let me login. Now I can login, but, half the time I try to go look at my stuff, the app won’t open. When it does work, it is quite nice.

personable, friendly just what I needed
Terrible customer service!
Both the app and website are horribly broken, redundant and confusing. You will spend hours on the phone going from place to place only to be sent back to square one. The rabbit holes and dead ends are infuriating and will waste hours of your time. Want to speak with a human? Good luck! I only got a call back after reporting them to the BBB. Automated processes do not work, zero support and communication. If I could fire them, I would.
Stop asking for me to enroll in paperless statements.

I haven’t been able to log in for months. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve updated. The app does not allow me to get past the log in page. Please fix it!
Best Mortgage Lender
Roundpoint is the best Mortgage Lender because they provide you with the wealth of information on their Customer portal and they are always quick to respond.

Shady
Old bank had a low escrow requirement. Our loan was sold to Roubdpoint this summer. Now (Nov) our monthly bill went up $300 per month. When we called RoundPoint customer service they said that RESPA requires a higher balance. That was a lie- RESPA allows the bank to collect a higher escrow balance (which the bank will use to earn interest instead of us)- it does not require it. To call in, the phone tree is LONG and irritating. And of course, because they’ve increased the escrow, you might think that it was because your insurance cost went up- so the phone tree tells you that you’re paying too much in insurance- just let us provide it for you. Yeah right. Have to respect how they try to make money. Shady.

Simple and Convenient, With Room to Improve
The RoundPoint Mortgage app is simple and easy to use. It makes paying my mortgage and checking my balance quick and convenient, and everything I need is in one place. It’s not perfect—the app can be a little slow at times, and I’d like to see more detailed breakdowns—but overall it gets the job done without any hassle.
This App is Terrible
I have not been able to use this app for months to pay my mortgage because an error occurs every time I log in. It’s 2026 hire the right people to fix this app because it’s ridiculous at this point.
Life made easy
Since getting this app making my payment are so simple and convenient. Can’t imagine doing it with a check and a stamp !!
Ripoff
So far I have paid over $3,000 and not received credit. Even my bank faxed them two times with the verification but account has not been credited!🤬. I will say to start it was almost $10,000 and with the help of my bank I have only received partial credit and late fees were not removed from the account. If I could find a lower interest mortgage I would dump RoundPoint immediately!

I have to make a late payment because supposedly the payment don’t go thru and the app was down on a Sunday
Worst Customer Service Ever
Typical big bank mentality of screw the good client - no ownership of their error and they don’t care. Never got the call back from a supervisor as promised and no email communication from the 3 emails I sent! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
