Useless app
When ordering food the app states that itll take 20 minutes to prepare but that is a total lie it take 40-60 minutes for an order to be fully prepared and then it goes out for delivery. Furthermore, you cant contact the delivery driver and the app’s user interface is very difficult to interact with it is not friendly at all.
تاخير بالطلبات
الطلب بياخد اكتر من ساعة لمطعم بعيد عني ١٠د لازم ، صارت معي اكتر من مرة

Bad application and support
My order was missing half the order and when asking driver he says to contact the restaurant and i should pay full amount, after contacting support they said the restaurant will contact me and they never did and they never compensate me the worst delivery service ever
تطبيق رائع
التطبيق اكثر من رائع وممتاز جداً
Customer service
Horrible customer service work on that
افضل تطبيق استخدمته بالسلط
لما قارنت هذا التطبيق مع طلبات طلع هذا التطبيق اوفر بكثير لانه اسعاره نفس اسعار المنيو تاع المطعم ما فيه زياده
Very poor application
No dynamic estimated time for the order preparation or delivery, the keyboard hides the text field, the cart screen doesn’t show the order details and many more disadvantages. Your developers and ux team really need courses.

Bad experience
I ordered my food on 6:19 At 6:50 application costumer service calls to inform me that there’s update for the resturant menu and prices and I have to pay more 3 jds and not to mention that delivery fees is above average of other apps I refused because it wasn’t my fault and they skipped this issue and I told them that by this call I should have had my order delivered and the cs said it will be on way and I received my order on 7:40 Very upsetting that all the sauce was spilled out the pack and I asked the delivery man why it’s like this he said it was in the bag as they handled it What shall I say Removed app and never would try it again
