I order from basket because I want to support local businesses But unfortunately the prices are higher than prices in other applications

I love the ability to edit orders in progress through the app. Good product and worth the price.
App just keeps loading / flashing
Wanted to try this and I get through title screen sign in as guest and the next screen just keeps flashing and and showing the loading icon which also flashes.
Payment method
Credit card payment online or upon delivery is much needed ! Now days we pay everything online and we don’t have cash available

Address addition needs improving.
I love this app I’ve been using it since 2020, but adding an address feels slow and I can’t change the map to satellite view that shows buildings. I would also like to see apple pay on the app.
Makes life easier
Such great service. Makes life so much easier Since traffic is horrendous. I love all the options. Would recommend added a proper toy shop and the option of paying by a credit card at the door.
Can’t Even Register!
No wonder this app doesn’t have as many people using it as the others, they’re probably like me and can’t even register to get in! All I keep getting is an error message that says, “something went wrong”. I’ve tried for multiple days & still get the same error message. I know it’s nothing I’m doing wrong. Would’ve been nice to try this out. I heard good things about this app.

Too complicated and expensive!
they do charge 3 id between delivery and shopping services! Also the process is too slow, after placing my order with 35 minutes they called to confirm the order which mean I need to wait for another 60 min!! I ended up canceling my order and removing the application

The app has a lot of bugs, it’s really frustrating when it closes each and every time I try to choose a store! I have been facing this issue for a long time and I really don’t think I wanna use the app again! :(

I tried to search for items in the app and it just kept flashing the logo and error messages. Can’t even get the app to work.
Location of delivery
Hi Basket team, I used to order from certain meat shops, unfortunately I couldn’t as you don’t allow to order through the app. When I called the meat shop, they say they have no problem to deliver to my location, and it’s restriction from the app. I would appreciate consider this flexibility next time. Am trying to set the credit card as a payment method but I couldn’t and I tried to call you waited about 8 minutes but no answer
Good but
My Main issue is that there needs to be a search bar on the main page, that shows the item i’m looking for and in different stores, as sometimes I look for items that i’m not sure where to find, and going through every store to look for it is annoying and time wasting, I end up just not ordering at all.

To join prime account was not direct to the point , it took long time and complicated Payment on credit card is not available Also points on club card from Carrefour is not possible Thanks for the kind answers from the staff Regards

Great app design, but doesn’t work
The app is designed well, and customer service was quick to respond. But I haven’t been able to place any orders from any of the stores they advertise.

What the Jordan is missing
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. The application is well made (not some low quality kinda app) & features everything with photos, yes you heard me right WITH PHOTOS. Shoppers/rides are polite & cooperative. Highly recommended, wish you all the best developers!

A lot of crashes
First time user though it crashed more than 10 times. I was using Cosmo as a store it happens when I switch between categories almost 1 out of 3 switches. Other than that easy to use and good UI

I went to sign up and asked for my phone number because it would accept area code because I’d put my first 2 numbers and would skip a space then put in 3rd number

Great life saver service for working mom but suggest adding an option to pay by card and also for WhatsApp communication option as phone calls sometimes take too long or can’t answer easily for whatever reason
