Previously great experience
I’ve ordered from this company five or six times now. The last one being well over a year ago until nearly two weeks ago. I’m still waiting, even though what I ordered was in stock. And now I find out it’s being shipped through Amazon. I don’t know why, but that feels gross to me. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again after this last experience.
Visually nice
App is visually nice but I decided to delete it as in checkout it was identifying my address as a PO box (which they don’t ship to). Their mobile site allows me to click on the Apple Pay button while in my basket so I don’t have to deal with the shipping address error stated earlier.
App crashes after update
The app won’t load any of the tabs. It immediately goes to a screen that says “oops there was an error.”
Terrible
Trying to buy necklace for wife. Website didn’t work at all so I had to download the app. App was awful too. It didnt have filters for search. Nor could I find information about the stone. Waste of time.

I am able to login on the website but not on the app. I have tried to change my password a few times already and still no luck.

I ordered for the second time and I’m just obsessed! The jewelry is so beautiful and great quality! I highly recommend
Can’t browse
This app isn’t good. Even with the most up to date version, I can’t even browse through a single category fully without being redirected to an error page. Going to delete the app and go back to just the website. A shame. It’s a great idea and the interface is appealing. Just junky
So many glitches… it freezes all the time
I was excite to have a mejuri app but the app needs a lot of work to get to a good shape. I lost all my saved favorites, I can’t find my store credit. Moving between items is hard! I’ll go back to the website until this app gives me the experience I need. There are many successful examples that company can copy from Zara, H&M, mango… you either do it right or don’t waste our time. I gave it two stars because the idea is great! But the app is not great at all in terms of user experience and glitches.
My favorite place to buy jewelry!
I primarily use the Mejuri app for all my jewelry. Some pieces I wear daily, and I'm so happy I discovered Mejuri.
Non functional
None of the tabs worked, sometimes it’ll show for a split second wherever I’m trying to go to, but otherwise it’s completely useless to use the app. Thought it would be better since the website is already slow asl and tedious to navigate. Pls fix either or, it’s very slowly deterring me from even trying to buy anything.
Not identifying user
I’d updated my password a month ago but when I try to log in, on the app, it doesn’t recognize my password. So I try to reset it by having your app send me a link to reset it. When the email came with the link, it just took me back to where I requested for a link. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and it’s still not working. This is my 2nd attempt to access my account.
Many errors
In the recent update, there are many errors in the app. Clicking on the items redirected to “page not found”, “does not exist”. With that said, it’d redirect me to top items to explore. However, click on those recommended suggestions also lead to the same errors mention above. Difficult to shop from them when the app doesn’t make it easy
Love the app
Wanted to give a suggestion, would love to be able to create a list of my favorite products or different running groupings of my favorite products and share that link with someone
Not good
Order was put a few days ago but have not gotten any confirmation or updates. I went into the app and tried to track the order. But every time when I clicked the “order history” and then clicked the order, it says “something went wrong with the app”, and never get to refresh the app or go anywhere. Had to shutdown the app and reopen the app and then the same thing happened. Shopping experience was fine. But the app is poorly developed and not user friendly at all.

The app is very laggy for the few seconds when I first open it and try to browse, then it just completely stops responding before I can even get past the home page.

Glitch?
I messaged Mejuri multiple times. The app is frozen on the payment option and will not go last that section in order to complete the order. It needs work. I can’t even make a purchase!

Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t let you select the state you live in for shipping. If you try to continue with the zip code and city it just spins in a gray box. I guess you could use it to browse, but you can’t actually purchase something since it won’t let you put in your address.
