Bike rental is wonderful! - but app needs improvement!
Access to bike share (both electric and regular is wonderful!) the app has a lot of glitches however with return of bikes not always picking up the correct location. But still highly recommend :)

Po pierwsze nie można wypożyczyć na jedno konto więcej niż jeden rower po drugie i to najważniejsze aplikacja do dopracowania każdy przejazd kończył się telefonem do obsługi klienta,więcej problemów niż radości.
Świetna usługa lecz coraz gorszy stan rowerów
Mevo to naprawdę świetna usługa i bardzo lubię z niej korzystać. Często wracam nim ze szkoły kiedy nie mam sensownego autobusu w stronę Kosakowa i po prostu biorę rower, bo tak jest mi wygodniej. Jest to też bardzo tania alternatywa dla autobusów i szczególnie hulajnóg elektrycznych, gdzie za podobny przejazd często zapłaciłbym kilka razy więcej. Sama idea Mevo jako części transportu miejskiego jest super i naprawdę przyjemnie mi się tymi rowerami jeździ, nawet mimo braku amortyzacji. Problem jest niestety ze stanem technicznym coraz większej liczby rowerów. Widać że są zrobione bardzo solidnie i mają być wytrzymałe, tylko chyba nikt nie przewidział jak bardzo ludzie potrafią je niszczyć. Szczególnie w Gdyni coraz częściej zdarza mi się że muszę sprawdzić kilka rowerów zanim trafię na taki którym da się normalnie jechać. Czasami nie jest to już nawet kwestia wygody. Zdarzają się krzywe kierownice, kierownica która sama ciągnie w jedną stronę, opadające siodełka czy bardzo słabe hamulce i wtedy zaczyna to być zwyczajnie niebezpieczne. Zdarzało mi się spędzić dobre 10 minut na stacji sprawdzając po kolei kilka rowerów bo większość miała jakiś problem. Rozumiem że Mevo pewnie w dużej części polega na zgłoszeniach od użytkowników, tylko że nie każdy będzie zgłaszał każdą usterkę, większość osób po prostu przejedzie kilka metrów, odstawi wadliwy rower i weźmie następny. Moim zdaniem przydałyby się częstsze kontrole i serwisowanie rowerów bo obecnie zaczyna być z tym naprawdę słabo. Sam byłbym w stanie zapłacić trochę więcej za przejazd gdybym miał pewność że rowery są regularnie sprawdzane i sprawne technicznie. Nadal bardzo lubię Mevo i spokojnie mogę je polecić, szczególnie jako tani i wygodny sposób przemieszczania się po mieście, tylko stan części rowerów jest już po prostu nieakceptowalny i mam nadzieję że coś z tym zrobią.

Alternatywa dla taxi , bolta itp , bez korków i jeszcze ruch dla ZDROWIA , wszystko działa bez problemów ( apka , rowery , płatności) POLECAM 💪
BRAK MOŻLIWOŚCI ZDANIA SPRZĘTU I PRZYJĘCIA REKLAMACJI
W środku nocy jeden z dostępnych rowerów wyświetlał ponad 50% naładowania, kiedy natomiast na niego wsiadłem rower nie odpowiadał, jego ekran zaczął wariować, a ja nie mogłem go zwrócić, w konsekwencji następne 7h był mi naliczany przejazd i w środku nocy zostałem bez środku transportu, a operator nie był wstanie dalej świadczyć usługi. Rano chciałem złożyć reklamację, niestety usłyszałem, że nie poprało mi dodatkowej kwoty, wiec zwrot na karnet mi się nie należy, a obaj konsultanci prowadzili monologi. Jeden z nich stwierdził, iż nie może on przyjąć reklamacji, druga pani, powiedziała że może, ale przez 5m tłumaczyła, dlaczego mam tego nie robić na końcu rzucając słuchawką. Sprawa trafia do urzędu ochordy konsumenta, firmę zalecam omijać szerokim łukiem, bo miło jest tylko wtedy kiedy wszystko działa.
Plus for effort
It all kinda works but it’s a bit like pulling teeth. The app is clunky. For example it didn’t occur to them to pull riding directions from google maps, so when you ride to your destination you could see where the nearest stations are. The application is quirky but not necessarily in a good way, for example, you come to a place where there is like 30 bikers piled up, but you don’t see the station in the app and you don’t even see a single bike there. I get it, people are probably mass-dropping their bikes in the place that is convenient for them, like the end of the bike trail in my example, but that should give them a hint to put the station there.
No recommend
Very inconvenient application. Firstly, you can't take 2 bikes. Secondly, registration is terrible, they came up with unnecessary tariffs that are confusing. Thirdly, the minimum payment is 10 zlotys, there is no less, and you need to top up your balance in advance, and if you haven't used the money, it won't be returned. Fourthly, if your balance is less than 10 zlotys - and that's almost 30 minutes, or 60 minutes on a regular bike - you can't use the bike because your balance is low.
Ogarnijcie tą aplikację
Jeżdżę na tych rowerach tylko dlatego, że są dostępne i szybkie (choć nie zawsze). Ale aplikację to macie zjebana, nie da się anulować rezerwacji. Pokazuje czasem rowery widmo, a nawet stacje widmo.

Nice app but need some improvements
- If you have any problems with a bike and app says lock/unlock your bike(any other screen with instructions ) there is No possibility to connect with support as you see only info message and that’s all. Please add “connect support” button on these screens. - Sometimes app is frozen and re-launching doesn’t help Env: iPhone 15pro, ios 17.6.1
Zahlungsmittel funktionieren nicht
Wir haben bei unserem Besuch in Danzig Mevo benutzt. Leider klappten weder Visa , EC noch Mastercard . Nach mehreren Stunden und Anrufen in der Hotline hatte ich Apple Pay eingerichtet, damit ging es dann. Für jedes Rad braucht man einen eigenen Account. Bis der zweite eingerichtet war, vergingen nochmal Stunden. Achtung: das Abo beginnt mit Kauf, nicht mit der ersten Fahrt! So haben wir bei einem Abo Zeit verloren. Die Räder selbst sind ganz okay. Jetzt streiten wir über die Rückzahlung einer Gift Card, die wir nicht nutzen konnten.
Infolinia jest fatalna
Wczoraj nie mogłem zablokować roweru, ale widzę, że przejazd jest nadal aktywny. Dlaczego Wasza infolinia nie działa? Z powodu zepsutego czujnika rower nie działa, a support nie odpowiada! Nie mogę dokończyć przejazdu od 16 godzin! Infolinia jest fatalna.

Despite the issues with bikes and app, support team in this app is the most helpful I’ve ever experienced. They are always answer quickly and always resolve your issues., So thank you guys! Also subscription costs only 30 PLN month!!!! It’s like 2 ubers. But you will get an awesome opportunity to ride everywhere and anytime. So I highly recommend this app.

Die Fahrräder haben super funktioniert, leider hatten wir immer wieder Probleme, da manche Räder als unaivable angezeigt wurden. Die Menge in der App nicht mit denen vor Ort übereingestimmt haben. Alles in allem war es aber eine tolle Möglichkeit voran zu kommen und die Fahrräder waren gut in stand
Contact support button is unreachable
Sometimes when I lock the bike, I still see page with ask “Please lock the bike”. There is not even an option to contact support.

Świetna firma! Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie od początku do końca. Produkt spełnił moje oczekiwania, a kontakt z Centrum Obsługi Klienta był na najwyższym poziomie – szybkie odpowiedzi, profesjonalna i bardzo miła obsługa. Widać, że zależy im na kliencie. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno skorzystam ponownie!

DONT USE IT! IF YOU SELECTED A BIKE FROM MORN THAN TWENTY BIKES BY THE STREET AND THEN PUT IT BACK EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE. THE SYSTEM WILL CHARGE YOU A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE YOU PUT IT IN A PROHIBITED PLACE. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHERE IS PROHIBITED? AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXPERTLY RUDE. SO I SHOULD KNOW WHERE IS PROHIBITED PLACE JUST BECAUSE I CLICK THE AGREEMENT TERM?

Users beware and check MeVo doesn’t charge you parking fee and take money from your credit even if you park in designated parking station. I honesty think it’s a known issue, that has been happening since the beginning and they are doing nothing about it. Ultimately you need to keep sending them proof you parked in the right spot to get a refund!

I definitely don’t recommend this company. I had to choose one of the three subscription plans, which meant I already had to pay upfront. Then, when I wanted to start using the bikes the company offers, it showed that I still needed to top up my wallet, which involved yet another payment.

You must have 10 zl to ride, you take broken bike and return it? Well you now have 9.85 zl, top up account with another 10 zl again(it’s minimal possible top up). When I locked it to help my gf to take her bike upstairs - got fined another 10zl for “leaving bike outside of station”.
