System FALA
App is set up to scam tourists
This app allows you to get a ticket for the wrong city when set to track your location while the app is in use, and when searching for a transportation line in your vicinity. The purchase confirmation screen doesn't allow you to choose a different city when confirming the ticket purchase, if it did this wouldn't have happened as I tried tapping "operator" and would have seen the correct location to get a ticket for. As a result we got fined on a bus even after explaining that nowhere was it clearly stated that there is a city or area selection process when setting the app up. The app is easy enough to use but also auto-translates to your system language which can cause further confusion as in my case the app defaults to a town with a name that is a word for "token" in my language - Puck.
Żenada
Poniżej krytyki
Nice Idea, but doesn‘t work..
The system didn‘t work, the qr code for check-in never appeared and the credit card check-in never worked. The only thing that worked was to buy the ticket yourself by hand. Then this ticket was not accepted..
Jakaś pomyłka
Nic nie działa, strata czasu.
Works sometimes
I could buy tickets with Apple Pay easily the last days, but today I’m logged out of my account in the app – and I just get repeatedly the error message “failure” when I try to login again. System is down. PS: account registration didn’t work with “sign with Apple”, the confirmation email never came.
Too unreliable
I was forced to use this app as I have no other options. I had my monthly ticket on auto renew. This month it randomly failed to renew despite having more than sufficient funds in my wallet. I was not notified of this in any way. I had to pay an expensive fine to an officer as a consequence. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Won’t accept credit cards
Awful app, won’t accept credit card even after verifying success with the third party. Doesn’t allow you to purchase a ticket for a planned trip, you have to figure it out yourself what ticket is needed. I ended up taking a taxi instead because I couldn’t buy the ticket… won’t allow me to delete my account without giving a bank account number, even though I never paid them anything….GG
most of the time its not working
guys, i just recenlty moved into the country. so far been loving gdansk. but this app is making a bad impression of the infrastructure. be better!
Frustrujące doświadczenie i brak przejrzystości.
